Good location and polite staff. Rooms not cleaned during stay, just clean towels left. Food not the best and usually cold. Terrible view from the balcony. I’m not expecting super high standards from a 3* hotel and budget holiday, but this one was bit of disapointment as I wanted to treat my mum for her 5 years cancer free anniversary.

I've stayed here 6 times now, its value for money, a good base, close to all the shops, beach and everything else. Beds are comfy, rooms are nice, pool area and bars good. You need €1 for a cup (all inclusive) either hand it back and get €1 back or take it to your room and swop for clean every day. Food is good, some snacks by the pool bar, then a snack bar in the restaurant from 15.30pm till 6pm. I book direct with the hotel, there are no single person supplements if you do this and you can get a room all inclusive for around €28 per night depending on months.

positives - nice locals, gorgeous beach, staff are nice (for example the lifeguard plays ball games and entertains younger residents), bar tenders are all very polite so are people at reception very friendly. Cheers bar is just down the road and the atmosphere there is lovely makes you feel very welcome and at home, met the best people there plus the owners are the nicest people you will ever meet! Negatives - (for context we stayed in block 4, floor one and we was in 4th branch of blue sea hotel) the walls are so thin I’ve had awful sleep the whole time heard people getting up to all sorts at one point I thought they was going to come through our ceiling - not pleasant at all, cleaners constantly slamming doors (in all fairness the doors are super heavy but I do think they could have taken more care and be a bit more considerate of people who are still sleeping as I know I was by gently closing door behind me) this is from 8 AM onward (a thing to consider if you intend to go out drinking and experience night life as most places don’t shut till 3AM) oh and then music by the pool starts at 10 so u won’t have an opportunity to have a kip later on, room wasn’t cleaned properly (sides were not wiped down and they don’t clean the floor?? There was shattered glass left on our floor right by bed, had to ask front desk to send house keeping back to our room for a second time that day so the glass got cleaned up which I find odd), air con doesn’t work? (Again very odd when the room has no ventilation at all) constantly had to have windows and doors open so bugs kept coming in despite the see-through curtain thing, lights are hanging out of walls, lots of additional charges and the pool bar shuts at 6 pm then you have to go to the other hotel to use their bar which shuts at 11pm and there’s no entertainment provided have to go out in evenings to do something as a result we have hardly eaten here so therefore paying all-inclusive was a waste of money. Mallorca is a lovely place but this hotel is not! I would come to Mallorca again but would defo not be staying here again. Quite disappointed.

Excellent value for money hotel in a great location with brilliant staff. Near to beach shops restaurants. 3rd visit and still can't find one thing to complain about AI food lots of choice if you want 4/5 star facilities book them. Magda superb in restaurant

The hotel is clean & well presented. The room was very nice & was cleaned every day. Beds comfortable & nice shower. Meals were fine & dining areas clean. Staff were very friendly. Lots of nice local restaurants if you fancy a change. The beach is very close & we went every day as the pool areas fill up quickly. But the beach is amazing!! This was a very nice holiday for the money. Thankyou ❤️

Great location! Minutes from a fabulous beach and interesting shops and restaurants! Rooms are tired but comfortable with a good balcony! Food was great! Lots of choice! Everywhere was very clean! One swimming pool was great the other didn't look quite as nice! No entertainment, sadly, but a very comfortable bar area! Overall great value!! A good 3 star hotel!
