MarSenses Ferrera Blanca Hotel Family

This is our third stay at the MarSenses Ferrera Blanca Hotel, this time in the new Adult Hotel. Everything about our stay was great, the room, the service, the staff, the facilities. The hotel was located on a small cove just on the edge of the town centre, which was just a very short walk away. Every night we had a staff member (Aline) check with us at dinner time to see that everything was OK, she was very helpful and always ensured that we had no issues with any aspect of our stay We went on half board and found the food to be really good. There is a choice of main courses every night and also a buffet with a selection of starters, tapas, side dishes and other main courses every night options. There were also selections of fruit, cheeses and desserts. Breakfast operated in a similar manner. I also must mention the bed, it has to be the most comfortable I’ve slept in in any hotel. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel, we enjoyed our stay so much that we are considering a return trip in September.

Great hotel for young children. 4 swimming pools (not heated). Excellent animation team, their own dance show was the highlight of the week. Wide range of tasty food in the restaurant. Friendly & helpful staff. Good location, close to a fabulous beach & shops. But: Air conditioning didn't seem to work. Water pressure in the showers was very poor. Would we stay again - definitely Yes !!! Make sure you book a private transfer, well worth it.

Another wonderful stay at the MarSenses Ferrera Blanca Hotel! Lovely rooms, great food, all the staff are amazing and the animation team create a fun and welcoming environment for all. A variety of activities each day for kids and adults of all ages and a mini disco followed by more entertainment each evening. The animation team have put on some FANTASTIC shows this week. Lots of choice food wise with themed evenings in the restaurant and also a snack bar by the splash park which makes lunch a lot easier as the kids don't have to leave the pool. The cleaning staff work hard to keep everywhere clean and tidy each day. The team on reception are always very welcoming and helpful if you need anything too. All in all a fabulous family hotel. We will be back for our sixth visit soon!

Lovely hotel for adults only, can’t comment on the families section of the hotel. Hotel was clean, room big and bright. I liked the bungalow style rooms so not a big hotel with lots of floors and lifts. Staff where excellent nothing was to much trouble for any of them. From management down to the cleaners all very polite and helpful. Hotel is situated in a great location for a short walk to shops, bars, and restaurants. We would definitely return in the future.

Just returned from a week in this gorgeous hotel, yet again a fantastic time. Wonderful staff very friendly and helpful nothing is too much trouble. Special mention to the reception staff especially Barbara, George and Aline for going above and beyond to make sure me and partner had a great stay. What tops this hotel is the fantastic animation team that get mentioned on most of the reviews…..there is a reason for that. THEY ARE AMAZING! Special shout-out to Diego, Lorena, Armand, Paige and Lorena. It was lovely to see some new faces on the team this year. Also the two dance shows bust a move and buscando la luz we’re both so professional and the team are all super talented. Can’t wait to return, anyone looking for a hotel with lots going on this is for you!

Ferrara Senses Blanca – Adults only We booked a last minute 4 night holiday for the end of May and we were certainly delighted with our choice. The hotel is in 2 sections, family on one side of the road, adults only on the opposite side. The adults only side was well laid out, beautifully clean, with it’s own pool and direct access to the local beach. It also has it’s own restaurant for breakfast and dinner, with tables inside, and also covered ones outside overlooking the pool. Breakfast choices were good, hot and cold buffets, plus the option to order freshly cooked items such as omelettes, eggs Benedict, waffles etc. .Dinner was similar with buffets, and two freshly cooked options, normally pork or fish dishes. The house wine was pleasant and very reasonable at 15 euros a bottle We had a junior suite, which was a large size, with a very spacious balcony and a ‘Bali’ bed. Room service, by default, is every other day, but you can request it more often if required. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful, from reception to restaurant. Aline, the customer services lady,( a lovely lady – wish every hotel had one like her!) was very aware of customer needs, and ensured your requirements were satisfied quickly. The hotel is located 4-5 minutes walk from the bus terminal, and the buses operate an ‘Oyster’ style credit/debit card tap on and off at cheaper rates. The taxi rank is even nearer and the cabs are very clean. The fares we paid were all metered, with Cala D’or at 6 euros, Cala Mondrago around 13 euros, and Santanyi approximately 18 euros. There is also free entertainment (mainly singers/groups) in the evenings in one or other section of the hotel. Overall, a splendid hotel, well located, and definitely worth considering if you are looking for a holiday in the area. We will certainly book again next time we visit Majorca.
