This hotel is very bad, people who see it should avoid it. At first, we were assigned a room on the first floor, a double bed room. As soon as we entered, there were many big ants, mainly concentrated on the sofa chair. The air conditioner could not be started. The room was very dirty. I called the front desk and asked them to help me change the sofa chair. They said they would come, but we waited for 20+ minutes and they didn't come. At that time, I checked my order on Ctrip and found that I had booked a twin bed. I immediately contacted Ctrip. Ctrip told me that they would contact the hotel front desk to confirm the situation. After a while, Ctrip told me that the hotel front desk did not answer their call, so I ran to the front desk to contact them. I told the front desk: 1. The air conditioner could not be started 2. There were bugs in the room 3. I booked a twin bed room but was given a double bed room The front desk told me: 1. Because it was not very hot, the air conditioner could not cool, and the whole building was like this. I said it was impossible to be 20+ degrees at that time. The front desk had a tough attitude and kept repeating that the air conditioner could not be used. 2. This ant is very common, they can arrange someone to kill insects 3. They did not receive the order for a double bed, but if we need it, they can ask the cleaning staff to separate the beds I said there is something wrong with your room, can you help me change the room, the front desk said that this room type is full, we have to pay for the upgrade. I asked why I need to pay for it myself, it is your room that has a problem, the front desk asked me to wait and discuss it with the boss. After a while, he came out of the office and told me: 1. The air conditioner can be turned on, but it is broken in my room. They can send a maintenance technician to check it out 2. Ask someone to kill insects in the room 3. Can't change the room, can only upgrade at your own expense. Finally, Ctrip paid for the upgrade room type for me to change the room. In addition: 1. Parking is difficult and you have to park far away 2. The buffet is terrible 3. Even if you change the room, the hygiene of the room is still very bad, and the bedding has some problems. I don’t know if it’s bed bugs. Anyway, I am shocked by the service attitude and service awareness of the Spanish.

il Barcelo’ è un bellissimo hotel proprio sul mare con una vista sulla spiaggia e l’insenatura della cala. Il buffet è straordinario davvero trovate tutto dalla carne al pesce alla pasta di vari gusti, dolci spettacolari . ovviamente non mancano i piatti della tradizione. Colazione come sopra tanta goduria del mattino per iniziare bene. L’orario dei pasti è ampio sino alle 15 il che consente spostamenti dalla struttura senza ansia di rimanere senza mangiare. Le stanze vista mare sono molto belle. Noi Italiani siamo abituati al bidet ma ok sorvoliamo.. Gradevole l’intrattenimento della sera nel bar con spazi interni ed esterni. le piscine sono due esterne , peccato quella vista mare piccolina e bassa . L’altra più grande ma senza panorama. il problema sdrai esiste nonostante i cartelli le persone occupano alle prime luci dell’alba gli sdrai. Comoda la discesa alla spiaggia direttamente dalla zona piscina. il personale è gentilissimo. Un scelta che rifarei per visitare la costa di cala d’or.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour , petit bémol, le manque d'ascenseur, l'attente est longue et souvent en panne, pour le reste rien a dire tout est parfait

Hemos estado súper a gusto en el hotel. Muy buen servicio por parte del personal, comodidad, limpieza que da gusto, comida de calidad y variada. Al tener todo incluido plus, nos entraba una comida al día en el restaurante Magical y ha sido un placer poder disfrutar de comida a la carta, tan bien elaborada y en otro marco diferente al buffet. Bebidas de primeras marcas, a diferencia de otros hoteles, agua cada día y bebidas en minibar incluidas, en la habitación … Y cabe destacar las vistas de ensueño desde nuestra habitación. La cala Ferrera nos ha encantado, así que es un lujo alojarse ahí. Muy contentos con nuestras vacaciones. Sin duda, recomendaríamos el hotel y volveríamos, también.
