This is most definitely not a 4 star, in my opinion this should be a 3 star hotel. The location of the hotel is fab and the rooms were cleaned to high standards everyday but apart from that, the hotel lacks other 4 star qualities. The most disappointing aspect of this holiday has been the food. The food choices are repetitive, barely warm and not labelled well at all. If you have allergies etc this is not a suitable hotel as the labels are often incorrect or non existent. This hotel doesnt cater for children at all, my daugher ate chips for 10 days. I'm surprised as this is a tui hotel too. The staff also often clear the counters down well before closing sometimes as early as1 hour 10 minutes before closing. The evening time serving is like a cattle market and often we were waiting past 7.30 for it to open. The queues are long and often European guests push in, they are rude and ignorant and think they are superior to others. Beware the pool can be very cold and is extremely salty. No inflatables are allowed even though the shop sells them. You can't even have a ball in there, which is fine it just needs to be made clearer. They have a lovely little mini golf course to play which is not expensive but it definitely needs a clean up as it is full of bird droppings. The cove is lovely and can be accessed from the hotel, however beware of the jellyfish. We had 1 day out of 10 where we could snorkel. Entertainment has been ok, better than other places we have visited. Unfortunately we won't be returning to this hotel again, which is a shame because the area around the hotel is lovely.

This is not a four star hotel more like three star staff were miserable never spoke, staff in restaurant chewing gum taking your plate before you finished your food, food in restaurant was the same things day in day out same in snack bar and food Luke warm plates cold , running out of food after 45mins of opening, they do not cater for children even though it's a family hotel. Even staff on reception miserable, people who ran the shop next to hotel were lovely friendly and very helpful .

Just back from another week at this lovely hotel. Staff fantastic as always. Pilar, Erika, Viktor and the bar staff absolutely superb. I have mentioned the dress code in the restaurant at night before. Nothing has changed. The sign outside says no vests or swimwear, yet you still see both. There is picture on the screen outside showing what is unacceptable. Old Jose (God rest him) would have been on it like a shot. Unfortunately we are in a world that doesn’t include confrontation anymore.Everything else is as it always was. Clean and unbelievably friendly. The standard in some cases has definitely changed and I’m not so sure that it’s for the best. Still love the hotel and will go back next year.

I accidentally left my AirPods in the room on the bed this morning and they have been STOLEN by a member of cleaning staff, they have been on the move and I have tracked them to Ciutadella This is a disgraceful situation from such a nice hotel now they are probably gone forever

Room service. Clean room. Clean hotel. Friendly staff. The food was appalling. Consistently cold. Very few options. Was so bored of pizza. The French and Spanish guests are extremely rude. The push in front of everyone in the line for buffet, the move drinks on a table we sat on and went to get out dinner. The air-conditioning was not switched on.. The celling fan was removed and we had to change rooms. We was all inclusive. Butt the food was that bad and cold we ate out every night. The resort is very remote, nothing around. No beach. Its a shame because its a lovely hotel. They just need to massively improve the food and sort the French and Spanish guests manners.

Arrived 12th May with my husband, mum and dad, both of whom are in their eighties. Check in was super speedy and we given rooms on different floors. Asked the Tui rep if we could change to both parties being on the same floor which was done very quickly and without any problem. Big thank you to both the girls. Every part of the hotel was spotless. Our rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels provided and beds made up. Can’t fault the cleaning staff. Tea/coffee was provided but we didn’t use it. Bottle of water was in room on arrival with refill stations by the lifts on each floor. Huge walk in shower with complimentary toiletries provided. Air con worked perfectly and our rooms were cleaned was always cool. Lifts are small so we usually used the glass one which was much bigger and quicker. Only used smaller lifts to reach the pool, snack bar and entertainment bar. Snack bar was brilliant. Didn’t use entertainment bar as hotel entertainment has never been our cup of tea. Opted for the quieter bar on ground floor. Pools are freezing, warmer water in the cove but be aware of the jellyfish, quite a few people got stung. Labelling isn’t fantastic in the restaurant but I’m surprised by the amount of comments on the actual food. I’m a very picky eater and never once found nothing to eat. Plenty of fish, meat, pasta, vegetables, pizzas, chips, salads etc. Granted it does get hot in there and more windows should be opened. All in all we couldn’t find fault with anything, the staff were super friendly and we would definitely return to this hotel.
