El Somni Ibiza Dream Hotel by Grupotel

This was an amazing find. The staff, hotel, food and service are fabulous. From drawing up in our car and having the car parked and luggage taken from us, to the personal service you receive from all the staff, remembering your name, genuinely asking how your holiday is going and being interested. It was a fabulous stay. The rooms are immaculate, the beds so comfy. Every room has a sea view and the hotel had the most perfect location. We loved every minute! Thank you to all the staff they are truly brilliant.

Waiting for nearly and hour to check in. Was offered a drink. But there was only one person on the check in desk. Very poor service from a five star hotel I would expect more. This was not my first stay but it has put me off booking again especially since this was at 1am

I travel a lot of times every year and i just visit hotels 5 stars that rated 9+ but i am not used to write review , but this time I had to do it so that the people who do like to stay in a five-star hotel do not arrive intact because, quite simply, they will suffer, and that is why I left before the scheduled time and even advanced my flight. I have been to many hotels in the world and in Europe, all of which are five stars, but I have not come across a hotel like this. A hotel whose service is zero. The pictures are misleading!! There is no private beach and there is not even a place to sit and when I asked they said that the beds on the beach belong to the state and you have to pay for it and there was no problem paying for it but there is no way to get the beds when it is open to all people. There is no soap in the room and no shampoo and when I asked they said that you have to fill out a note to get it!! . The service is disgusting There is no parking for the hotel and we had to park the car 500 meters away every day. Very simply a three-star hotel at most, although I have not been to a 3-star hotel, but this is a hypothesis. There is nothing and nothing that brings it close to a five star hotel. Indeed, in the end I got along and left early because I was fed up but not everyone will get along and in the end they will suffer. It is worth noting that I was in two suites and in total there are only five of them so it is not clear what about the rooms!!

This is a fabulous hotel in a fantastic setting. One of the best sun/beach experiences I have had. The beach area is quite chilled and not too busy. The quality of the sea water is superb. We were treated like royalty by the staff and enjoyed the facilities very much. The view from the room balcony will leave you breathless. The hotel has a valet service for when you check in and let you use a room to shower for like half an hour after you check out. Amazing service. We will return.

Absolutely stunning hotel with 5* service. This newly renovated hotel on possibly the most beautiful beach in Ibiza could not have been more idyllic. The staff go above and beyond in their professionalism and grace. Diane in particular was a great waitress and the kind gesture of a birthday bottle of bubbly was just the cherry on top of a truly memorable stay. Thank you so much to everyone who made the celebration of our 25th year together so special.

beautiful hotel, perfect location. terrible service. The hotel has a very nice design, the rooms are small but tasteful with a tremendous view to the sea. Cala Vincent is an extremely charming place. A big issue is with the service at the wonderland restaurant. The hardly managed to get 1 order right, kept bringing the wrong orders or with 30min delay. Also, no flexibilty whatsoever to make minor adjustments on the menue which for a 4-star hotel should be standard. the food is ok.
