Surprised 🤨 When I arrived at the hotel I didn't find my booking! Trip.com assistance helped me out in a few seconds. Front desk 🥹 Wasn't helpful at first but then all was good. The reception manager was of great help. Underrated 👌 The hotel, the rooms, and the staff are underrated. I only payed $10 per night, and I think it deserves more. Recommended ✌️ If you're planning to stay in Center Cairo, this hotel is in the center of Ramsis Square, with all transportation options around. It's even a good cheap option for near-airport stay. Advice 👋 After booking, reach out to the hotel via their attached mobile number over phone, or better over WhatsApp to confirm the booking and avoid overbooking room issues.

The exterior is dirty. The elevator is hard to find, and the front desk is on the third floor, so you have to bump your luggage up the stairs. Another company is on the second floor, and people smoke there, so it smells bad. The front desk staff are nice. The view and room are okay. The shower and sink are dark and the water pressure is not so good. There is a refrigerator. The location is good, but I'm not sure if I'll return.

Beds are not comfortable. Old .the toilets are not clean..it's just a time pass for less budget.nothing special.building is very old.only plus point is location.

The hotel is located in the center of the old city of Cairo, about 15-20 minutes walk from Tahrir Square and the Egyptian Museum. The surrounding area is very prosperous and the buildings are easy to find. Opposite the National Bank, there is a GA sign downstairs, and the old buildings are old-fashioned. You need to swipe your card to go up and down in the elevators; the decoration of the rooms is quite new, and they have been repainted. The windows are relatively large, but they are not soundproof. The rooms facing the street are a bit noisy because the surrounding area is very busy. Toast and freshly brewed coffee, it seems that you can’t make it yourself, but bread, butter, boiled eggs and yogurt are no problem to eat; although some of the service staff are not very good in English, they are very enthusiastic and thoughtful; double and double bed rooms It’s quite spacious, and the bed is more comfortable, but the bedding that is changed for each guest is not particularly clean and needs to be improved; the hot shower is not too clear, it can be hot and cold; it is very convenient to go to the subway or take a taxi here. The old market is about a 20-minute drive away. The traffic jam in Cairo is too serious. If you go to the airport, you still have to leave early to make more time.

We love this hotel so much! Everything is old and so beautiful! People are very friendly and helpful. Although ***y problems: no AC in public area, room AC is not enough, shower water is either cold or burning, bed stuff is not clean, but everything is tolerable to us because it’s beautiful here. We especially love the dining room! It’s cozy and comfortable! I wish this hotel would be there after another 100 years and we’ll come back if we are in Cairo. Thank you so much Mr Doss!

The hotel has an elevator, which is very rare. I have stayed in a nearby hotel which is also located in an old house. There is no elevator and I need to carry my luggage. The elevator is not big enough to accommodate about 4 people (without luggage), but it is much better than climbing stairs by yourself. 3. There is one triple room and one double room. The triple room is quite spacious and the standard room is not large enough. 4. There is no hot water kettle or hair dryer in the room, you can ask for it at the front desk, but the number of these two items in the entire hotel is limited, so I waited for a long time... 5. It’s more cost-effective to pay in US dollars than in Egyptian pounds. The exchange rate for paying Egyptian pounds is not so good. 6. Breakfast starts at 8:00. If you want to go to the Black and White Desert, the driver usually picks up at 7:30. If you don’t have time to eat breakfast, you can go to the rooftop restaurant to pack some (the restaurant is still preparing breakfast at 7:30, and the things that can be packed are limited. Eggs, bread, flatbread, jam, that’s all)
