The spa is very nice and the hydro jets are amazing. The staff there are very nice and they bring you tea and fruits. Very pleasant experience there .

Picture perfect hotel, it was my first night in Cairo, and I didn't even realize at the time how good I had it. Compared to other properties, even other Marriott group properties this one is above and beyond on food and service. Location is beautiful, they awarded me early check in and late check out. As a Titanium Elite they upgraded me to a beautiful room, though I did use a suite night award for it, but it was epic. Room service was very nice, indoor pool and outdoor pool very nice. Indoor pool is amazing just beautiful, feels like your swimming somewhere very unique. The spa facilities can use also the sauna, jacuzzi (many options) overall a great hotel, and would definitely stay again in Cairo. Wish I stayed longer. I will share to all my families and friends

Incredible service throughout the entire stay. The Deluxe King Room that I stayed in was even larger than I expected. The staff were always on hand to help with any requests that I had and my sessions at the Iridium Spa were second to none. One of the best hotels I've stayed it & well deserving of its 5-star rating.

不愧是奢華酒店，面面俱到，可惜我們是就住一晚上，而且坐完十幾小時飛機後狂玩一天回酒店，第二天就離開了，沒能好好享受。 早餐無與倫比得豐盛，還能打包！G層有兑換埃及鎊的機器，那個機器建議留足時間兑換，敬請感受（／_＼）

在埃及全境住的最好的酒店，沒有之一； 客房有管家，會有人帶你入住並介紹； 餐食也很豐富，不管是亞洲還是歐洲； 旁邊就是尼羅河，離埃及博物館8分鐘車程； 各項服務也都特別到位； 房間屬於瑞吉那種公主風； 網上都推薦萬豪米娜宮，如果想在酒店外面拍照的米娜宮絕絕子，但是論入住體驗跟整體環境的話肯定還是瑞吉好； PS：我們包車的司機到了瑞吉也跟我説米娜宮不算純五星，在他們眼裡衹能算4星，瑞吉算得上真正的五星🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

服務很好，酒店內部環境很好，泊車迎賓行李接待水果甜點礦泉水餐廳服務都很好，新加坡天馬餐廳內含其中，新中式古樸很好，房間安排我在次高層，遺憾的是不是尼羅河景色，期待下一次

這已經是開羅最好的酒店了，但還是很舊，價格也不高，但總體來説是舒服的

房間乾淨衞生，早餐也還可以，雖然中餐部分有努力，但做的一般，算有個努力分吧 服務有些問題，感覺對國人不如歐美熱情，不過這也是埃及通病了。 尤其是退房時候，看到拿着行李，沒有人動，最後是我自己拿下去的

開羅第一 真的是overrated了！ 定的套房，從第一天入住就洗澡室水漫金山，儘管工作人員來了也沒有修好，管家也沒有負責這個事情（管家衹出現了第一天，後來即便撥打管家熱線，也沒有出現過），第二天的水都漫到房間了，實在是失望極了。離店那天有負責人和我道歉了，我很嚴肅的説了這個問題。 他們確實應該定期檢查這些房間設施！

用積分升級了 presidential suite，房型很很好👍尤其是早餐意料之外的驚喜，蠻好吃的，比出去找餐廳要強了

酒店的安保非常好，讓人很有安全感。尤其是Mazon非常熱情友好，希望下次去還有機會見到他，他真的是一個很幽默的人，他主動幫我們聯繫uber司機，給我們的旅行帶來了很多温暖。 我們的飛機是傍晚的，酒店同意讓我們延遲兩小時退房。
