Ulasan Ramses Hilton

Saya menginap di kamar sudut dengan pemandangan sungai di lantai eksekutif. Faktanya, balkonnya menghadap pemandangan kota dan jendelanya menghadap ke Sungai Nil (Anda bisa melihat piramida). Happy hour di lounge eksekutif menyajikan bir dan anggur, serta makanan. Kamar sudah direnovasi, tidak ada masalah besar. Hanya saja perlu mandi di bathtub yang agak sempit. Anda dapat berjalan kaki ke museum, tetapi lalu lintas di lantai bawah cukup sibuk, lobi selalu ramai, dan ada kebisingan di dalam ruangan, yang dapat diterima. Dari segi pelayanan perlu membayar deposit sebesar $30 untuk check-in dan check-out yang sangat mengganggu dan membuang-buang waktu. Stafnya tidak terlalu ramah. Saya diminta nomor kamar saya beberapa kali di lounge dan menunggu bus dengan barang bawaan saya di pintu hotel. Jika saya bisa memasukkan kartu kamar saya, saya harus memiliki akses ke lounge I tidak tahu kenapa aku bertanya.

Pretty good and very good location! The staff is very friendly and helpful!

Great location, right in the heart of Cairo. We were taken to a high floor and had such a great view of the Nile River and the city that we didn't even have to climb the Cairo Tower. The concierge was able to help us with things outside of that hotel, such as asking us to contact the hotel we would be staying at the next day, which is indeed a five-star hotel. The restaurant we used was also delicious.

I have arrived at 8:30 pm and i spent 3 hours to check in, they finished the check in process at 11

Nice and clean place to stay in the heart of Cairo!!

Cleaning is bad, Dusty rugs that is not cleaned properly , Towels are so old that you can feel it, Toiletries not regularly provided , hairdryer is missing, had to request it , Iron is not cleaned and iron board is dusty , Can't use iron . Water kettle is leaking and spilling water when water is heated. Only 2 water bottles for a day. extra water needs to pay. 

Rather tired hotel. Smell of smoke in ventilation even in non-smoking rooms. Bathroom antiquated and taps malfunctioning. Not enough hot water to go around. Carpets old and worn out

There is not even hair dryer in the room. I called them three times before they finally send it to me…

An old Hotel in the city center. A little bit rundown but you can see it’s class. It’s one of the better hotels in Cairo and even when the rooms would need a renovation the service personal make up for it. They are so good and caring. Would recommend the hotel.

The room was older than in the photos and as a panoramic view of the Nile, we had a view of a slab on one side and construction on the other.

Good stay and need to improve service

Very pleasant stay. The staff was extremely kind and helpful.

Room service takes 3 hours to bring just one towel. I picked a king bed and i got a twin bed :) None of the days did they come clean the room and i asked for them to clean the room
