Booked and regretted few hours later. I was convinced this is a good budget hotel as it gets good ratings in other travel app but to my disappointment. First I am a PWD so I demanded for a 20% discount, but gave me only 15%. The receptionist, with all her irritable attitude, effortlessly dismissed my concerns and dedma to explain. I let that pass. Stepped out of the hotel for the meantime and when i came back the elevator is under maintenance. The receptionist told me to use the stairs outside instead, only to find out there was no access to the third floor (im staying at the 3rd). Angrily complained about the situation, told the receptionist “sinasadya mo ba akong asarin?”. She knew that the stairs at the 2nd flr were closed. And she seemed to be carelessly unmoved and unmindful and annoyingly joyous for my difficulties. To the owner/hotel management, ensure to train your staff on proper customer care. Select the right staff for the job at least.
