Caer Rhun Hall Hotel

We stayed at Caer Rhun as part of our annual family festive trip to Wales and couldn’t have been happier with our choice of hotels. The whole place has been sympathetically renovated with a nod to a modern finish which really works! We stayed in the Anderson Master Suite with 2 teens and the room was incredibly spacious. We loved how the beds had been positioned too to give each of the kids their own space. Plus you know you’re in a classy joint when there’s complimentary white company toiletries! The food at dinner was simply exceptional with friendly service. Storm Darragh struck whilst we were there with not 1 but 3 red weather warnings from the government for hurricane winds …but whilst Mother Nature tried her worst outside … the staff at Caerr Rhun did their best looking after everyone on the inside. And when the power went out we loved the fact there was a games room and piano for entertainment! We will be back and highly recommend Caerr Rhun.

Wow! An amazing quirky hotel set in beautiful grounds just a short drive from Conway and Llandudno. Staff are attentive and very friendly. Our room was huge and the bed ridiculously comfy. The continental breakfast was the best hotel breakfast we have ever had! We can’t wait to return.

This hotel is stunning, we booked last minute and from the time we walked in to the time we left , we were made so welcome.On arrival we were greeted by a lovely young lady, and Aled who greeted us with open arms. Never have we stayed in such a beautiful room, The decor in the whole hotel is beautiful and very tasteful and it smells amazing.We had our evening meal in the restaurant , which was exceptional , the gentleman who served us was very professional . We also had the wonderful breakfast, everything was fresh and very well organised, Tarrin and Mike were really helpful in explaining how the buffet worked. Can’t thank all the staff enough , this hotel is certainly a hidden gem.

I stayed here for 1 night as part of a business trip and am aleady looking to return with my Husband. From the moment I walked into the impressive entrance I was made to feel welcome, despite being a lone traveller which I am not used to. I stayed in the main manor house, room 108. There was a slightly musty smell in the bathroom but aside from that the room was gorgeous. The bed was extremely comfortable and lovely amenities including a coffee machine with pods and The White Company Toiletries. Caer Rhun is full of rooms with different nooks to relax in. Every area is carefully thought through and filled with candles and a delightful aroma. Games and books are available throughout and there is a fantastic cocktail bar with a log burning fire that I could have spent my entire night at. Normally I'd have an extra half hour in bed than bother with a continental breakfast but do not make that mistake here! Smoked salmon, fresh pancakes, pure honeycomb, self-service egg Boiler, cured meats, fresh fruit and pastries, the list goes on. Again, so simple but all so well done and to the highest quality. This is a perfect romantic break or quiet retreat and the room's themselves were of great value.

Hands down 10/10 from arrival the staff were so freindly, helping with bags to the room to drinks at the bar and breakfast was perfect. Made us feel right at home. Special mention to Hannah her customer service was outstanding. Really looking forward to staying with you again.

Super gem of a hotel. Lovely staff. The rooms exceeded expectations and the food was excellent. Will definitely be returning. Really great feel to the place and the house is stunning with beautiful grounds. Can see it would make an amazing wedding venue too. Location is great for Snowdonia and also Conwy
