After our stay, we can only confirm the reviews on the lacking service in this 4* hotel. On our second evening, we had to endure 3 hours of dogs constantly barking on our floor. We called reception 3! times and were informed that the owners of the dogs were downstairs enjoying dinner. After our third complaint, at 10 pm we (and other guests on our floor) were offered another room. We were checking out in the morning, it was late and it would have been a big hassle for us so we declined this inadequate offer. Room and food prices are hefty so a fitting customer service was expected. We still feel disappointed thinking back on our stay and feel our evening was taken from us. We didn’t get the rest and relaxation we had in mind while booking. On checking out we received the compulsory sorry but that was it. (In addition, we never received our welcome drink on checking in either). Guest relations department are welcome to contact us via phone or e-mail to discuss further.
