酒店很新，裝修風格兼顧古典與時尚，位於當地的一個老宅子，就在老城區的邊上，步行去逛也很方便。衹是周圍商業氛圍不夠，沒有老城另一邊有國營城堡酒店和NH連鎖酒店的地方熱鬧。房間住宿也不錯，很舒適，有一個迷你陽台，可以打開玻璃門透氣。唯一遺憾的是酒店早餐偏貴，性價比不高，因為食材品種不夠豐富以及服務效率需要提高，感覺是新酒店、新團隊還需要時間來磨合。設施也有待於完善，原本計劃住宿三天可以把外套交給酒店洗，結果被告知洗衣機壞了！

Yes, it is right next to the medieval city entranc, really close. And right on the the Way of St. James or the Camino de Santiago. The hotel in general is very clean and the dining spaces are very comfortable and elegant. The staff was very helpful and courteous. Expectacular service! The staff where always there to help, they even guided me to the pool and showed me around the installations of the hotel. The rooms are sound proof, when you go in you will be able to rest in an awesome room. The design is very cool. I highly recommend staying at this place and use it a the resting point for all the day trips you can do around Extremadura.

I travel frequently for work, and since the opening of the Hilton Palacio de Godoy, I’ve stayed here several times. You can tell it’s a recent opening — every visit I notice new improvements and great attention to detail. It’s truly the only high-class hotel in the city, ideal both for business trips and for meeting colleagues in a refined yet comfortable setting. The common areas are beautifully decorated, creating an elegant and welcoming atmosphere. The location is simply perfect, right in the heart of the wonderful city of Cáceres. A true reference point every time I’m in town for work.

One of the most beautiful properties I’ve stayed at. The building has been brought back to life with such care, and it’s wonderful to see a restoration done with real thought and respect for its history. They’ve managed to modernize it without losing an ounce of its charm. If you want a five-star experience wrapped in the warmth of the Spanish countryside, stay here. It was one of my favorite stops of the trip. The breakfast was excellent. Fresh, generous, and far beyond what I expected for the price. The staff couldn’t have been kinder or more attentive. I needed help with a dress for an event, and they sent someone straight to my room to assist. It completely saved my evening. It’s rare to find that kind of personal service anymore, and between that and the beautiful grounds, it’s somewhere I’ll happily return to. Cáceres is such a charming, understated town, and Godoy Palace was the perfect place to slow down and enjoy the countryside at our own pace.

My wife and I stayed at Palacio Godoy for a long weekend in a King Suite located in the old cloister. It was a wonderful experience — the perfect mix of history and modern design. You can really feel the weight of history at night while surrounded by beautiful contemporary artworks. Service was excellent throughout our stay. The front desk was quick and helpful, breakfast was great (special mention to the eggs Benedict!), the bar was beautiful, and the restaurant was absolutely delicious. Chef Antonio even came to greet us — his dishes combine the best of Extremadura’s traditions with a subtle Peruvian touch. A lovely surprise. We also enjoyed the gym and sauna, perfect after exploring Cáceres’ historic centre, and the rooftop terrace with views of a nearby Gothic church. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates culture, history, and quiet luxury.

Amazing stay and experience visiting Cáceres with my some Spanish friends before heading to the country-side. As a Real Estate contractor and having the wonderful people at the lobby explain the history of this palace, I’m in awe by the work that’s been done to renovate this palace and I feel privileged to have been able to stay here. Every detail is well thought-out, rooms and showers were great, and the rooftop at night for a pisco-sour with a view was unbeatable (leaving a photo). Highly recommend any foreigner to stay at this palace of historical luxury.

We stated at Palacio Godoy for a long weekend and honestly loved it. The hotel is inside a restored palace, which already makes it special, but what really surprised us was how warm and welcoming the team was from the moment we walked in. The room was super comfortable (bid bed, great shower pressure, and those little details like good lighting, quiet A/C, and thick curtains that make all the difference when you travel). I also appreciated how clean everything felt. Breakfast was great; not a giant buffet, bur really good quality. Fresh pastries, great coffee, local products, and eggs made to order. The person at breakfast recommend a few local dishes and places to visit and they were spot-on. We also tried the spa one afternoon after walking around all day, and it was the perfect way to relax. The sauna and pool area are small, but very peaceful. Location couldn't be better (literally steps from the old town and all the main attractions. We walked everywhere and just loved getting lost in the streets around the hotel. Overall, a wonderful place to stay. Stylish, comfortable, and with a team that really cares. We would definitely come back!
