1 Homes is a great spot. The rooms are very large. The location is perfect, right in the heart of everything in Cabo San Lucas. I'm a very picky traveler. This hotel was clean, the people were nice, definitely I go to spot with the family.

We Stayed At 1 Homes Cabo August 24th -26th 2025~ 1 Homes Cabo Came Highly Recommended From Good Friends That Have Stayed There On Several Occasions~ We Usually Stay At Adult Only All-Inclusive Resorts, I Must Say The Room We Stayed In Was PERFECT!!! The Location Of 1 Homes Was PERFECT!! The Views Were AMAZING!! The Unit We Stayed At Had 3 Rooms And 3 Bathrooms And Was Great For Us And Friends~We Would Highly Recommend 1 Homes Cabo To Anyone Looking For A Clean, Beautiful Room That Is Within Walking Distance To The Marina! The Staff At 1 Homes Were AWESOME!! Anything We Needed~They Were Very Pleasant And Accommodating All Of Our Needs!! We Will Definitely Be Back On Our Next Trip To Cabo San Lucas!!

Although I don’t want to share this hidden gem it would be a crime not to. By far one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the second we arrived we were greeted with kindness. The staff was absolutely incredible. Jafeth and his colleagues did everything to make our stay perfection. The resort is immaculate. Breathtaking views, serene and simple yet elegant. The hotel is located on medsno beach which is one of the only swimmable beaches in Cabo. But it’s located in a part that is extremely private and secluded. Our days at the pool were heavenly. There truly is not one complaint I had besides having to leave .

We loved our stay at 1Home cabo. Not crowded, beautiful views, wonderful pools and beaches, and amazing staff. Martin and Donovan were fantastic when we relaxed by the pools. Jose was wonderful during our check in process and throughout the stay. Aaron made the best drinks we had during our long weekend in cabo. Every staff member working in the coffee shop was friendly, welcoming, and made amazing coffees and food. Would highly recommend this place for your visit to cabo. Very safe, very friendly, and cant say enough about every staff member we interacted with.

1 Homes Cabo is incredible and easily has the best location in Cabo - essentially private access to the marina and direct access to the best swimming beach in Cabo, mere steps away from one of several infinity pools for 1 Homes guests' use only. We spent hours at the pool each day, thanks to the great and attentive service provided by Martin, Donovan and the rest of the team. Good drinks and food without any pressure. After the pool/beach, we stopped by the onsite bar, and ended up having a private impromptu Mezcal tasting set up by Aaron. Aaron is a fantastic and knowledgeable bartender, and also made the best gin and tonic I've ever had. Looking forward to our next visit!

Exceptional property. Stayed in a 2 bedroom (with one extra room with bunk beds) that slept 6 perfectly. View was amazing with large patio with a plunge pool/ hot tub. Perfect location near beach and Marina (we do a lot of fishing) and close to the town. Pools were exceptional as was staff. Very quiet and peaceful. Have been coming to Cabo for 25 years and will be staying here for now on.

This was our second stay here with my wife and two kids, and we truly enjoyed our time. The best part about this hotel is the spacious rooms, complete with a kitchen and in-room laundry, which is incredibly convenient when traveling with kids. Another highlight is the direct beach access—the waves are calm, making it perfect for swimming. Last but not least, the customer service is outstanding. I’d like to thank Jafeth, Brandon, and Alan for their warm and friendly service. We will definitely be coming back!

1 Homes Preview is a beautiful resort and very unique. I loved the easy access to the pool and beach. The views are amazing from every angle of the resort. The rooms are very spacious and super clean. We were greeted with a tropical drink and had homemade guacamole, chips and salsa waiting for us in our room. The staff was so friendly and very attentive to our every need. Just one thing/suggestion to the resort it to have full length mirrors in the rooms, that would be a big bonus.
