Great hotel resort with All Inclusive meals and drinks. Excellent service and good quality amenities. Evening entertainment mainly suitable for families, with young children which is understandable.

Ongeziene keuze bij ontbijt!!!
Sommige gasten ruimden zelf hun plastieken bekertjes en bakjes niet op, door de wind gingen die dan op de grond en dat leek dan soms niet zo proper. Hotelpersoneel probeert wel snel op te ruimen.

Very good all inclusive experience and great staff and good. Snack bar open from Breakfast to Dinner and are multiple bars to choose from. We particularly liked the beach bar. 2 pools to choose from, salty and chlorinated. Always entertainment at sunset bar and always a kid disco every night. The staff are all helpful and friendly and if there is the slightest of problems, they will sort it out. The sea was wonderful, warm when you get used to it, Only some people and Wavy when tide goes in. Great for bodyboarding and amazing views at sunset. Free parasoles and wind breakers available. (I recommend taking out a stick from the wind break and use it to push the parasole stand in.) Thank you for this wonderful 5 star experience.

We were so grateful to the staff at Pestana Porto Santo, we were unfortunately diverted from our flight to Madeira and the were put into the Hotel Pestana for the night, the staff were so helpful and welcoming, they couldn’t do enough for us, they were friendly, the resort was lovely with stunning views and pools and a lovely path down to the sandy beach and beach bar. Live entertainment and great atmosphere. Food was also great and with lots of options.

An excellent family holiday in Porto Santo ❤️ We loved it! Grounds lovely, Clean, spacious room, great food and lovely staff. Would highly recommend 10/10 beach is beautiful! Kids loved it and want to go back. Tried booking to go back next year (also recommended to family who keen to book!) and disappointed to see unavailable to book next year with Tui .. fingers crossed it comes back as we would love to come back and make it an annual trip!

Fantastic Holiday. Highly recommended. I was very impressed by the welcome meeting. Each department gave a brief presentation/ speech, which reflected how much they cared about the hotel, their jobs and the holiday experienced by heir guests. The staff were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble- just ask. The animation team were so passionate. I particularly liked the lounge bar - help yourself to alcohol. A relaxing, rewarding and hugely satisfying experience. Tui did exceptionally well with this package.

My family had a wonderful time at the Pestana Porto Santo. We booked one of their suites so that we had extra space for our two crazy boys. The suite was serviced every day although they only changed the bed linen and towels once or twice during the week (which is good because it showed they adhere to their sustainability principles). The staff at the hotel were lovely and couldn't do enough for us. The food and drink were plentiful and so much better than other All Inclusive hotels that we have visited in the past. There were plenty of activities, both during the day and at night, including guided walks and exercise classes. The very best part was the beach that the hotel backed onto. It was truly beautiful and the stretch of sea was supervised by life guards. There was even a little snack hut near the beach, run by the hotel so that you didn't need to reenter the grounds to enjoy your All Inclusive drinks on the beach. In summary, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel, along with the beautiful island of Porto Santo.

This is a beautiful hotel with great facilities, helpful staff and great food. We had a lovely week there and explored the island. We travelled with Tui from London Gatwick and everything was very well organised. During our stay we hired Twingos from the hotel reception and drove around the entire island in one morning. We also booked a boat trip and we were collected from reception and taken down to the harbour for the two hour trip. The beach here is wonderful and easy access from the hotel. Porto Santo is a lovely town and a visit to the museum is a must.
