I’m very dissatisfied with the professionalism of Sosua Ocean Village, I’m an owner of condo 10-15 I’ve owned of for approximately 3 years , the roof leaked rain into my 100,000 plus condo and management keeps given me excuses about fixing it , I’m being told because structurally I have to pay for the damage because I was only guaranteed 1 year warranty on Structural issues , I find this very disappointing and so unprofessional, I will be flying to Sosua and going live so that people can see how Sov treats its owners

We booked a 2 bedroom condo last year before going home to Canada. We received a email inthe middle of November saying due to the fact that owner was coming they had to relocate us It would be a upgrade 2 bedroom condo we where sent to was very nice minus the 2 weeks of waiting for mgt to equip it properly towels bedding no balcony furniture ect. After 19 days when everything was running smooth was informed we would be getting the boot again due to reasons never really given now in new unit 2 days where told everything would be working and equipped fridge small an broken no hot water no screens broken shutters maintenance always on way and 3 to 4 hours late or don't even show up Stayed here 4 years this will be our last stay clear if you are a renter

We were sent here cause our VRBO, canceled our house a week before the holiday, she said it was a upgrade..far from it, there were 7 of us and the resort knew that, nothing worked, dishwasher and so much more, manager would not meet with us..BAD

terrible everywhere there are rules, your dog runs away and you are immediately fined, but it doesn't matter at all that there are cats roaming around, for everything you have fines it's fine immediately You'll get a fine but cats come here I annoy you I jump on your table, it doesn't matter every morning the cats ring a bell around your neck and wake you up early in the morning the same thing with the staff You can't deal with the scooter because it makes noise but nobody minds that the staff here wake you up in the morning and clean around the barracks, terrible. Cameras are watching you everywhere, you have to follow the rules, it's a disaster, I wouldn't want to be here again in my life, For three months, the water park water slides are no longer running. Children want to go there but they can't because it's not running, you are constantly under surveillance. Everyone is checking you. I thought Dominika not about freedom and not about rules and camera surveillance

Clean, friendly, safe This villa seemed almost too good to be true. Everything was as perfect as it seemed online. The hosts are the most thoughtful, attentive, and over all provided us with a great experience. The place was an extremely tidy and lovely AirBnb Villa equipped with everything we needed. A very comfortable bed and nice bathrooms and kitchen. I enjoyed the amazing features of feeling like my home-away-from-home,which includes,laundry machine /dryer, private pool,beach supplies,outdoor furniture,and a three minute walk to amazing restaurants and beaches. When you come ask for Angelina she was such a great help to me and my friends. She made everything so effortless. The ocean front Villas must have the best views on Sosua beach. Everyone here is friendly and happy to assist you with anything you may need. This was a wonderful vacation

A really fun place to be with outdoor trails, exercise park, two water parks, gym, and so much more. The place feels very safe and the grounds are so well maintained. I had two issues that made me take away a star: the shuttle runs sporadically, it does not follow the advertised schedule, not even close, and bottled water, a necessity, was not always available, especially on the weekends.
