Absolutely fabulous position, ocean view and walking distance to town. Our cabin was clean and well set up with appliances and utensils etc. Staff were friendly and efficient.

This is one of the nicest cabins we have ever stayed in. Very clean and spacious cabin. Bed was super comfortable which was much appreciated after a long drive. Only stayed one night as we were just passing by on our way home. Fantastic location. The only thing we thought was a bit of a down side was being charged a cleaning fee because we were only staying one night. The cost of staying in the cabin more than covers the cost of the cleaners wage to clean it. Charging a cleaning fee because we only stayed one night is ridiculous. But we were grateful to have a clean comfy bed for the night.

We’ve just returned from our Easter holiday and our first stay at First Sun Holiday Caravan Park in Byron Bay — and what an incredible experience it was! We stayed in one of the cabins, and everything about our stay was absolutely fabulous. The park was beautifully maintained, the staff were warm and welcoming, and the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxed. There was no drama, no fuss — just a genuinely enjoyable holiday surrounded by like-minded people all soaking up the Byron vibe. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. I wholeheartedly recommend First Sun to anyone looking for a laid-back, well-run spot to stay in Byron. We’re already looking forward to next year. See you then, First Sun!

Just stayed for three days. The location was awesome with direct access to the beach and easy access to the shops, restaurants and bars in town. The showers and toilets were clean and there was always availability. The staff in the office and around the site were all really friendly and helpful.

Staying at First Sun, we were walking distance to everything we needed and wanted. The beach is just thru the gates which had a PIN to access, the markets were across the road, woolies & aldi just a 5 min walk, the pub is across the road. Great food places, and loads of ice cream choices! The children & I had a great time.

We have a fantastic family holiday at First Sun Holiday Park. We had a two bedroom cabin that was spacious, neat and tidy. We enjoyed the location of being so close to the beach and town. The staff were professional and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay!

Brilliant location and the staff are amazingly helpful - thanks for helping us to have a great holiday! We had a cabin that was a 30 second walk to wreck beach. Facilities are very clean, accomodation options are great and nice and close to everything you need in town - thank you
