AMARAH HOTEL

I recently stayed at Amarah Hotel and had a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, courteous, and always ready to assist. The check-in process was smooth and quick, setting a positive tone for my stay. The room was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed — comfortable beds, fresh linens, a strong Wi-Fi connection, and a spacious bathroom. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary bottled water and toiletries. One of the highlights of Amarah Hotel was the ambiance — modern yet homey, creating a perfect place to relax after a busy day. The restaurant served delicious food, with a good variety of dishes at reasonable prices. Breakfast was especially satisfying, with both local and international options available. Location-wise, the hotel is conveniently situated near key spots, making it easy to explore the area. Transportation was accessible, and there were shops and cafes nearby. Overall, I highly recommend Amarah Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, affordable, and memorable stay. I’m looking forward to coming back again!

Everything WAS GREAT DURING OUR STAY, GOOD HOTEL, BUT ONLY ONE THING We've NOTICED WITH MY HUSBAND, that WAS THE drinking WATER shouldn't be upon request by the guest . WATER MUST BE READY COLD OR ROOM TEMPERATURE INSIDE THE ROOM,.

Bad Services especially from the front desk and restaurant . personnel are racist , Personnel must treat fairly to all customers not because they looks desent or not desent, Incindent happen yesterday I booked a room for my wife and my son for one night stayed (suit room I guest). During their stay , She was not fairly treated by the personnel at the receptions and thier actions and reactions shown disrespect to my wife . Even when she approach your personnel at the restaurant same she was not fairly treated as wlll, personnel actions / reactions shown disrepect and my wife was embarassed due to this actions from the hotel personnel. Very modern hotel. Rooms are clean. Area is accessible (near to establishments within the city). Breakfast buffet has varied choices. Staff are accommodating.

The service, the location, the accomodation, the food and everything in between is the best! All of my requests were granted and staff are so nice and very prompt with our requests as well. Also they have the comfiest bed and pillows. First class! So glad that this hotel is in Butuan City no need for staycation to other cities! Will recommend this to my family and friends!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at The Amarah Hotel! It’s a beautiful new establishment in the heart of Butuan, great location & very close to the airport, town centre, Robinsons mall, nice restaurants all only a few minutes away in a grab/taxi & it has a wonderful coffee shop right next door in Project Brew that serves great coffee, which is rare for Asia! I stayed 3 night & had a lovely suite overlooking the front of the hotel & the hotel very kindly decorated the room prior to my arrival! The staff are great, very pleasant, professional & nice, the breakfast buffet was very good, the room was very spacious & the bed was extremely comfortable, although there was an issue with the shower temperature, it was quickly resolved! My favourite was the pool area, it’s been really nicely designed & far surpasses other hotels in the vicinity & even in Manila! If you’re visiting the area I strongly advise you to book into the Amarah as there is no hotel of that quality nearby! I will 100% be staying here again in the very near future!
