A good value hotel. The cleanliness is just clean at a glance, but I saw 5-6 short hairs on the bed linen, and there was dust on the air purifier filter, and the soap solution was left hard on the toilet after cleaning, so I want to give it -1.5 stars, but I don't have .5, so it's -1 star. You can understand the facilities and location right away if you use the building where the hotel is. Also, it's easy to visit the wrong place because it uses the same brand of hotel and the building right next door.

It’s a self-check in and out type apartment, so it’s not like a hotel. There’s no room services like cleaning etc. The owner will give you password and your room number several hours before you check in. The location would be the best characteristic of this apartment, there’s a lot of food, drinks, dessert, convenience store downstairs. Also OliveYoung and Daiso, there’s a big Emart not far from here. Also, it’s close to the beach and metro station. If you come to Busan using KTX, it takes about 1 hour to take metro from Busan station to the hotel station. However the room is not as same as the pictures showed, when I first walked in I thought I get into wrong room, my room is more like half ocean view type room. although it’s ocean view, it’s not completely ocean, there are buildings cover the ocean. It has a lot of towels and enough cooking equipment. Bad thing is it doesn’t have soap or hand washing liquid. Others are fine. And you need to clean the trash and divide food waste and other waste and put it in 1st floor trash can by yourself. Overall it’s a good experience, a nice apartment to live in.

This hotel is located in the Minrak Raw Fish Center area at the right end of Gwangalli Beach. It is a new hotel with an entire building between Airbnb-style accommodations located in apartment complexes on the left and right of the building. The view is that the windows are located horizontally next to Gwangan Bridge, so it is difficult to call it a Gwangan Bridge view unless you look to the right from the window. It is a side view of the beach where you can see the vast Gwangan Beach all the way to the end. The drone show held every Friday and Saturday at 7pm and 9pm at Gwangan Beach is located in a very good location. Since the view is important, I don't know if the glass windows are still clean because it is a new building or if they clean the outside regularly, but they are kept quite clean so you can enjoy a clean view. The room I stayed in was a deluxe 'double ocean view room' and It is a room located on line 1 on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floors. *Please note that this is a photo taken when I stayed in room 301. It is unfortunate that the right side is slightly blocked by the building next door, but the view is sufficient when looking at the front. Since this is a hotel with a view as its strong point, I talked a lot about the view, Now back to the room, It was cleaned very thoroughly, and unlike other establishments where the bathtub and bedroom are located together, the drainage facilities are well-placed around the bathtub, so even though the large bathtub is two or three steps away from the bed, you won't feel uncomfortable with the floor or bedding wet. The bathtub is also large enough that two people can stay in it together with plenty of space. Please note. In addition, the room has a system ventilation system installed separately from the system air conditioner and heater. Thanks to this, the temperature was maintained warmly without being chilly after taking a bath. It was really the best comfort. There are Dyson Airwrap, which is popular these days, and Dyson regular dryers.. Airwrap seems to be given out on a first-come, first-served basis with a limited number upon check-in! And breakfast is also delivered to the room as a single item in the morning! It seems to change every season, but this time, abalone porridge was served as a winter season-only menu. Although it was only a one-night stay, if you are planning to stay in Gwangalli or Haeundae, the facilities were so good that I think it would have been good to make a reservation for two nights and three days. * The tonkatsu hot place 'Tonshou' is located right in front.

Amazing hotel and very affordable compared to the location the view and the vibe are really nice definitely recommend it

I decided to stay here again because it was very good last time. This time I chose a different type of room. The living room and bed are separate so you can relax, and since I was traveling with my parents this time, we were in adjacent rooms so it was convenient to be able to have tea and hang out together in the living room.

Absolutely lovely! First time experiencing a self-check in hotel. I got a bit lost but eventually found my way. 5mins from exit12. I was overall very impressed by the efficiency of the system. Great communication via email confirmations (password and room number). At first I was a bit skeptical thinking it's too good to be true. But the place looks phenomenal (to me). The views🥹 the studio set up, all the amenities. Worth every penny.And the ease of the admin(booking) super smooth process thanks to Trip.com which also confirmed my booking via email.

Take the LRT from Gimhae Airport and walk for about 5 minutes to the last stop, Sasang Station. It's a little hard to find, but after getting off the LRT, follow the transfer procedure to the MRT (green line). When you go underground and reach the moving walkway, turn left and exit at exit 1 to the main street. The entrance is on a street one block back from the main street. As the name of the hotel is Residence Hotel, the room is a rental property. There is a hotel logo plate on the entrance to the room. As it is a rental property, it is fully equipped with a drum washing machine and a huge refrigerator. Check-in is easy, and the check-in procedure is completed in a few minutes using the large display touch panel that supports Korean, English, and Japanese. I couldn't stay long because I was in transit at Gimhae Airport, but it was very comfortable. The LRT also runs from 5:00, so I highly recommend it for those who are in transit or taking an early morning flight like me.

It was a great experience. The stuff was friendly and helpful. Never had any issues. The location was very convenient for me right next to the subway and 10 minutes away from Busan KTX Station, so it was easy for me and my friends to travel.lastly very affordable 😊

The hostel is quite easy to find, well connected to bus and subway routes. The self-check in was a really good option for me. The room was nice, with enough space for four of us. Small towels, soap, shampoo snd and conditioner were provided. I recommend introducing the provision of a bigger towels too. There was storage under the beds and you could purchase a padlock for them. Not much shelving in the bed area, I recommend introducing a bit more.
