Menginap di Family Suite - Ocean - Wine dari tanggal 3 hingga 4 November. Ini adalah pertama kalinya saya jalan-jalan ke Busan bersama orang tua saya, dan saya puas karena kondisi kamar sangat bagus dan disediakan early check-in, sehingga saya bisa menginap dengan nyaman. Walaupun besoknya hujan, tapi pemandangannya bagus sekali dan barang yang disediakan banyak, jadi saya hanya perlu membawa beberapa barang saja, seperti sikat gigi dan pasta gigi, sudah bagus. Saya terkejut bahwa ruang cuci disembunyikan. Saya tidak menggunakannya. Ada dua air kemasan gratis di lemari es, jadi saya menikmatinya. Karena ini adalah check-in mandiri, saya diberitahu melalui pesan teks pada hari setelah membuat reservasi. Saya rasa tidak ada masalah besar dalam menemukan jalan keluar dan menginap di sana berkat panduan terperinci. Nyaman karena ada jalan yang terhubung langsung ke Stasiun Busan. Karena pintu masuknya berbeda, sepertinya mereka sangat memperhatikan keamanan. Senang rasanya memiliki dua kamar mandi, dan kamar mandi di dekat pintu masuk memiliki bak mandi besar dan sandaran leher, jadi saya memanfaatkannya sebaik-baiknya. Sampo, kondisioner, dan sabun mandinya juga wanginya enak. Saya khawatir apakah ada alat pengeriting rambut. Saya rasa saya akan mampir lagi saat berikutnya saya pergi ke Busan. Tempat tidurnya sangat empuk dan menyenangkan memiliki TV besar di ruangan besar. The place is convenient. The host is friendly and answer our questions frequently. It suits for the whole family.

The service was great — we got a check-in without any problems, the video instructions on how to get to the hotel from KTX and how to store luggage in the storage were helpful, and the hotel itself is located in a very convenient manner. It took us about an hour to get to the main spots of out interests — Gwangnalli Beach, Songdo Beach, Gamcheon Culture Village and so on. Also the room itself was amazing — really comfortable beds, shower with all amenities, nice massage chair. Amazing view from the windows! Great place to stay for a couple of nights in Busan.

Brown Suites is extremely new, 3 bedrooms with lovely living and dining room. Furniture and amenities are excellent, with washer and dryer, as well as 2 bathrooms with a bathtub in one. The view of the ocean and harbour is superb. It is directly linked via a bridge to Busan Station for KTX and also to Busan Port for cruises out to Japan.

Huge apartment fully decked with everything you might need for your stay. Only gripe was that it was kinda hard to find the check in counter and a long walk from the station. Able to drop luggages off for storage and staff handling it was polite too.

My friend said it was really great. He took his family there. He was very happy with it.

Our stay at Brown Suites Busan was fantastic! The hotel room was impressive, spacious, and comfortable, making our family trip truly enjoyable. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the free parking service was a great bonus. The staff provided excellent support before and during our stay, ensuring a smooth experience. A special shout-out to Mr. Kim Kyu Sung, who went above and beyond when our rental car had an issue late at night even though it’s out of the scope of the hotel service . His quick response and genuine assistance saved us from a stressful situation, especially as first-time visitors to Busan. His hospitality was truly remarkable and greatly appreciated!! Highly recommend Brown Suites Busan for its outstanding service!!

Very good view, good for one night stay for transitting at Busan train station. Good price worth of $$. will stay here again next time during my transit.

Location really close to the Busan station! Close and easy walk over. Stay was really comfortable as well! Spacious and big. Loved the stay, would definitely consider for future stays! Replies are very fast to help as well.

I highly recommend this place. Walking distance from Busan Station. Very clean. Staffs very friendly. Convenience store right at the 1st floor.

The apartment was spectacular with sea view, few minutes walk away from Busan station. The only tricky thing to figure out was how to get there in the first place.

Great location, very close to Busan Station so it’s convenient when you’re only staying in the city for a couple of days. Love the room but the main issue is the smell. When we arrived, it was so stinky inside, it was palpable to a fish market. A shame cause it would’ve been a perfect stay otherwise.

Huge apartment with an LG styler, living room has a smart tv that allows me to cast from my mobile device. The view from the place is good, facing the harbour. Personally I find the location quite a walk from Busan station, but it’s faster to cross the road on ground level than taking the bridge.
