房間很乾凈，早餐是熱乎乎的，沒有一次性🪥和拖鞋

房間小了點但是很乾凈，自己可以買來自己燒，位置挺好，周圍都是商鋪和吃的可以逛，樓層挺高，可以看風景！

After being staying here a lot and really enjoyed it but the last 2 times was really bad, kids running around till late at night stomping around the floors till all hours and then last time the fire alarm set off for no reason obviously someone smoking, it’s a shame as nice places hotel, I reported it when I got home but was told I should of reported it straight away but I was trying to get back to sleep

I had the most amazing stay at Premier Inn! The service was outstanding, and everything was spotless with great amenities. A huge thank you to Janet, Alison, and Lucy for their exceptional hospitality! Janet took care of every detail, Alison was so kind and attentive, and Lucy made me feel completely at home. Their warmth and professionalism made my stay unforgettable. I highly recommend Premier Inn and can’t wait to return!

Car park could use some signage to help people locate appropriate exit for hotel. Would have helped when travelling with tired child and suitcases. Fingernail by the bed, i dettol wiped the head board and the nightstand and wish I hadn't looked as it was grim. Had to ask for towels. Breakfast was really poor, wasn't unlimited. They asked what you wanted off the menu and then you got absolute minimum of those items. My hard boiled egg was raw, then staff argued it - no definitely clear jelly consistency would mean raw. Plus had to wait for it all to be cooked, which would have been fine if we'd been prewarned at reception . So we ran out of time to wait. We found Tina's cafe and Orange Grove for breakfast next 2 days, would recommend both the latter was one I'd go back to for amazing cooked breakfast (£7.99)

We came as a family for a funeral and didn’t know what to expect for a budget hotel. We was made to feel welcome from the phone call about the parking to the minute we left .we must say from the 3 breakfast mornings we had Joanne was a amazing host and was nice to see her at night also at the bar . Had a great stay at premier inn was close to all amenities and the town centre . Was greeted with a smile from the moment I came had a fabulous had wonderful food breakfast was great with Joanne front of house .drink where a good price beds were comfy .

From the point when I walked through the door I was made very welcome by Linda she took my bags to store away as we were early to check in Linda has a smile wider than Bury . When we came back from our steam train trip it was the same welcoming from Jenna and Sianah they signed my partner and I in gave us a lovely room .Next morning we gave our key back to Darrell who gave us directions to get home Honestly we thought we were in a 5 star hotel the fact is Linda ,Darrell, Jennifer and Sianah are five star ambassadors for the Premier in group . We will return soon to explore the market town more . Thanks again team Ian Macdonald

Great stay at Premier inn amazing food rooms are lovely from the minute we came we was welcome. staff exceptional especially Joanne in breakfast and all the lady's on the evening .would stay again in a hearbeat can't wait to be back keep up the good work.

The room was very spacious the staff were friendly the breakfast was well worth the money and our 3 children eat free bonus 😀. Drinks were reasonable. What ever we needed and asked for the staff did their best to provide it for us they were legend's

We always stay here when going to a show in Manchester. Have a meal in Bury then jump on the tram, which is next to the hotel. Never had a bad stay , room always clean and comfortable. We arrived before check in at 3, so very friendly Janet on reception looked after our cases, as you have to pay an extra £10 to check in before 3, even if your room is ready!!! Breakfast was lovely and made fresh to order again by friendly pleasant staff. Had to park the car at Q park next to the hotel which cost £14 for 24 hours and later found out if you book on line through the hotel you get 25% discount All in all a very pleasant stay

Amazing service from Joanne and Janet! Made us all feel welcome and made our 2 week stay here. Kind and friendly always talking time to check in on how our day was . Cannot praise them enough , they are a testament to true customer service and will definitely look forward to staying again!

Very nice Premier inn, have travelled to many in my job. Have to give this a review as i must say one of the nicest and friendliest I have found. Been a pleasure talking to Joanne past couple days on breakfast always smiling and chatty also made sure my room was cleaned and gave me fresh towels. Breakfast was 5/5 didn't have dinner but will be trying next time. Great job people.
