Clean and comfortable room, very cosy with a nice bathtub and partial view of the river. Nice walk along the park across hotel to Optus stadium and Matagarup Bridge.

Spacious room, quite a number of dining places available. Casino in the same building. Nice sunset view from balcony.

Service was super good, they gave us a bottle of champagne and chocolates for our anniversary :”) thank you to the staff who prepared this lovely surprise! Room was really big and bed was comfortable, however some parts (in the toilet) could be cleaner. Overall still a grand and lovely stay and super value for money!

The room is clean and beautiful. The food is delicious. The staff provides good service.

Enjoyed our stay at Crown Metropole. Comfy bed, nice gym and swimming pool, lots of food options at the Crown complex, having free shuttle every 10-15 min to Burswood train station is really convenient too.

There's quite a bit to do here, which is great. The rooms are clean, tidy, and well-appointed – really comfortable beds too! The front desk staff are helpful, but they could use some additional support during busy check-in times to make the process smoother.

Room is spacious. Near casino, got shuttle bus service to train station, got liveband and also lotsa of restaurants. Love the swimming pool as well. Breakfast is good also.

Service was awful. Their staff have been so poorly trained and have little business in to work in service industry. Top of the list for awful performers were manager who worked at desk of Attium Buffett and girl who checked me out. Why would you put a staff at front desk that can hardly speak English. Zero personality and all around awful. Bed was comfy and room clean but body wash was empty and in their effort to be “green” they have eliminated house keeping. Avoid Crown and try Westin / Ritz Carlton in Perth for much better stay.

Bed frame is old and dirty. Basin tap faulty Will be hood of hotel does provide drinking bottled water but unfortunately they dont.

Like the location, just a short drive to Perth city and airport. Really like the fact that MacDonald is just downstairs and 24 hours! The only downside was we were not aware of their sustainability housekeeping rules and were a bit alarmed that our towels were not changed, but was resolved after we informed them to change. Great service, will definitely return to stay if will to visit Perth again.
