The location of the hotel is very good. It is very calm during the week. We used the spa as if it was our own. There was no one. The staff is friendly but the rooms could be cleaner, the carpets were very dusty

Stayed here for one night to explore the city centre area and the Mount Uludag for ski, the hotel is near to bus stop so it’s easy to get to the city centre. Other facilities and the staff are very welcoming for foreign tourists. Since it’s not situated in the middle of the city, so the surrounding area is pretty quiet and easy to get a good night sleep

The receptionist and staff were friendly and helpful, and they gave us good tips on how to get back to Istanbul when we were finished with this leg of our holiday.

It is located a little far from the center of Bursa, so you will need to take a taxi to get around. It takes about 10 to 15 minutes to get to the center by taxi, about 100TL. About 20 minutes by taxi from the bus terminal, 200TL The hotel is very clean and the staff are friendly. Honey is served at breakfast. A satisfying selection of other fresh fruits and vegetables. I only stayed for one night, but I think you can feel the comfort of this hotel if you stay for two or more nights with two or more people. Next time I would like to stay with my partner.

The hotel room is quite spacious, clean and neat. Walking distance to the shopping mall. From room window can have mountain view, quite impressive.

Ideal location in the old town. On the way to the hotel, immediately go to the parking lot. The hotel will give you a ticket for free exit. The famous Iskander kebab cafe is a 3-minute walk away. 1867. It is considered to be the best in Buos Iskander kebab. In the room there is a bathrobe and slippers. It is very noisy due to the cellular operation in the room and outdoor air conditioners, and it is difficult for us to fall asleep. The breakfast was great and the staff were very professional. Smart TV can make us have more fun. Besides, the room cleaning is pretty good. But for now, the use of carpet vacuum cleaners in the room should be abandoned. That may be my only suggestion.
