Please be careful of all extra charges when you arrive. No option to park near for free and charges for serving you drinks and food on top of extortionate prices. The gym was 3 cardio machines a rack of light weights and a bench.
Plus points for lovely friendly check in chap and nice note he wrote on key card plus comfortable beds!!!!

Reception and staff, shuttle bus etc. Were very helpful, welcoming and friendly. Hotel very clean, food limited menu but lovely food. Shuttle bus fantastic. No other amenities. Bar was awaiting delivery of draft and bottled beer for 3 days so we had to go somewhere else for a drink. We had booked late check out and were woken up by housekeeping early, explained we had late check out but were woken again by phonecall from Reception asking us to vacate room, it took me to go to reception with proof to which the woman responded 'oh it must be on other server' ??????? Why wasn't it checked then? Completely disorganised. I spent the time I paid for late check prooving I'd paid for it??????? No apologies! Very disappointed. So no drinks or explanation as to why they had let it run out if as they said hotel was 'booked out' that weekend so they should have made sure they had stock and absolutely no regard into what I'd booked and paid for! Really felt sorry for ground staff as management should take responsibility for these issues instead of letting the staff at hotel get burdened with management mistakes! Very let down with mis information and not very good management skills and planning for their visitors stays!

A shambles from booking through to departure. You book with a form which offers 24 hour clock and specify 1am 29 Dec for arrival. You get an automated response saying they may not be able to accommodate this, giving you the impression you could turn up after midnight without a room - because their ***** system has somehow read 1pm... The hotel is not close to Bristol airport - it is 3 miles away and there are probably 10 places nearer and cheaper and offering a better night's rest (Acorns, Redhill House, Forge Motel). The shuttle bus costs a ridiculous £10, compared to a local bus at £2. The staff were all fine - the room would have been fine but... had a connecting door with the adjacent room, meaning that if someone rises before 6 (as they do in airport hotels) they are audibly in the room with you. Avoid at all costs.

If your using the hotel as a place to stay only; then all is fine . The refurbished rooms are clean and comfortable . However if you are using the park and stay package then beware. My experience of this amenity was as follows. Having informed the desk the night before retiring that we would require the shuttle to the airport at 0800 in the morning all was duly noted; however at the appointed time there was no recognition of the request and he driver had to sought to take us to the airport. On the return leg called from abroad to advise desk of approx time I would need picking up from airport and advised all OK just ring the desk; number given. On arrival called number only to be met with no agents available at the moment please hold or call back later. It then took half an hour of repeated attempts to make contact with the front desk to request pick up. Just what you need after a return flight to be left hanging around outside an airport on a dank cold winters evening. I had feeling this might occur hence my call to them in the morning. There does not seem a professional attitude or team controlling the management of this facility. I will not be using this park and stay offer from this hotel gain.

We had a lovely overnight stay in the newly refurbished Holiday Inn Bristol Airport. Checked in by Debbie who kindly helped to find my IHG membership number so I wouldn't miss out on my points, very welcoming, friendly and super helpful, she is a credit to your Holiday Inn. The room was spacious and very clean, the bed was so comfortable. I would definitely stay again in fact we are already planning our summer holiday and will fly from Bristol just to stay here again. Thank you for all your help!!!

Excellently located for Bristol Airport very friendly staff with a shuttle bus service to the airport available. Rooms are comfortable and clean we had a family room with a bed settee which was comfortable as well. Ate at the hotel on both nights food was well presented and cooked also good value. Would certainly recommend this hotel.

Booked 2 rooms, Inder on reception couldnt find the 2nd room at first, but Inder soon sorted it. What a lovely lady. We had food and drinks, food was lovely. The offer kids eat free with every paying adult only applies if the kids use the kids menu!! We were not advised of this and ordered all the meals from the main menu, there was no kids menu on any of the tables!! Pritesh the manager refunded me the difference, he was very appologetic and helpfull. Would definatley stay here again.
