enjoyed this unique experience staying in a wooden hut, beautiful room, with very good heating, even the toilet has heater. front desk staff is very helpful and friendly in giving information on how to visit places. service is very personalized and responsive. nice afternoon tea and snacks provided. very comfortable stay. garden is beautiful with flowers and at night you can see stars.
only one thing that is not that great is the toilet needs some hooks for hanging clothes while having a shower.

The nearby series of houses are like a resort area, with absolutely high standards of facilities and sanitation, and the police station for border protection certificates is next to it. The newly built house has just been moved in and still smells, but it can't be smelled slowly after living. The geothermal heat was particularly warm. The wet pants were dried overnight the day before yesterday. There was no water, power and heat cut. The toilet was automatically turned over. This skylight... This is a treasure homestay. I want to give a good evaluation. Because I travel with children, I have high requirements for the accommodation environment and hygiene. The homestays in the village look similar, so I compared many homes online. There are many cheaper ones, but they all have various bad reviews. I accidentally found this one and booked it for one night with a try-it attitude. The room was carefully decorated, very delicate, very clean and tidy, the bedding was very comfortable to sleep on, and you can see the snow-capped mountains outside through the window. The smart toilet, towels and bath towels are all disposable, and the toilet mat is thoughtfully prepared, which is great. We walked around the scenic area and came back and found that a nut plate and hot tea were delivered, and goodnight milk was delivered to the baby. The Starry Sky RV experience is great. The bunk beds bring you back to college days. You can look up at the night sky from the inner room. I personally think the sanitation is very good in the scenic area. The water heater is used for showering. You have to wait a little while, but the water pressure is quite stable. There are heating and air conditioning, and you can only turn on one of them. You sleep very comfortably at night and don’t feel cold. If you have a lot of luggage, you can call and they will help deliver it to the door of the RV. The cleaning lady will come to change towels/replenish water, and the housekeeper will also provide various travel consultations through WeChat. The service is warm and thoughtful. Coffee and breakfast will be delivered every day when you check in. The taste is average, but it’s free and you don’t want any bicycles. It is a house that I will recommend to friends. The overall experience is great!

Playing in Kanas, too lazy to change hotels. I stayed in this hotel for three nights because the room was clean.

GGuest UserI had a fantastic stay at Burqin Night Light City Hotel. The hotel is in a great location with convenient access to nearby attractions, and the night views are especially stunning.
The room was spacious, clean, and well-decorated, making it feel warm and comfortable. The bed was soft and cozy, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The bathroom was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, and the hot water supply was excellent—showing the hotel’s attention to detail.
The service was outstanding. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient, making check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free. They also provided helpful travel recommendations, which made my trip even more enjoyable.
A special thanks to Mr. Luo, the hotel manager, who was very professional and dedicated. He provided exceptional service and made sure our stay was pleasant and comfortable. His attentiveness and hospitality truly made a difference.

GGuest UserCame to the beautiful fairytale border town of Burqin County and stayed in this five-star hotel. It is really hard to express the wonderful experience in words. It is not far from the county town. The warm service of every staff member of the hotel makes people feel the warmth of home, especially the room boy Ding Chen. He is handsome and the service is very considerate. The experience of each independent room type is different. This time I stayed in the starry sky room and got off the car to stay in the house car. After the check-in procedures at the front desk, the hotel also provided Baidu car to the door of the room. Not to mention the breakfast, it was too rich. Thank you to every staff member of the hotel who gave enthusiastic care. I strongly recommend every friend who comes to Xinjiang to experience it.

Restaurant: The chef at dinner cooked delicious dishes, and we went back to the hotel for dinner every night. We arrived at the hotel at 11pm on the first day. The chef worked overtime and waited for us to arrive before cooking. It was so considerate.
Breakfast: The breakfast included in the room rate could be richer. The coffee and snacks we ordered were very good. Thank you to the chef for working overtime early in the morning on the first day to make delicious brown sugar rice cakes for us. Unfortunately, there were too many customers the next day and we couldn't order snacks, but we could still order coffee. The latte tasted very fragrant and the milk was very pure.

GGuest UserCame to Hemu, the snow capital, and was grateful to have booked a log cabin hotel with great value for money and service attitude. The facilities are complete, clean and comfortable. Especially the housekeeper Xiao Huang, who started to make careful arrangements before arriving at the store, and gave a super detailed introduction and recommendation after arriving at the store. Thank you very much. The log cabin is located next to the beautiful Hemu Bridge. DDilletta98They accept foreigners and that was important for me. Overall hotel is new, clean… but we didn’t have nice experience, because staff wasn’t very friendly, registered us for a long time. Sound isolation is poor, hotel was full with noisy families so all night we heard children running around, ayis shouting on them and someone was moving furniture all the time. Behind the hotel there is a street with food and russian shops, food was terrible, even with bugs. So I definitely won’t stay in this place again, however the problem is not in hotel condition, it’s about bad experience

GGuest UserHemu is really beautiful. The cleaning lady, housekeeper, front desk staff and restaurant at Hesheng Villa are all very hospitable and provide good service. The bar proprietress is also very enthusiastic. You can really tell that they are working hard. Moreover, little Zati is super enthusiastic and capable. He helped us move our luggage around without any annoyance. When he saw our car stuck in a ditch from a distance, he waved to us and told us not to worry and come right away to help us pull the car out. It was so cool. As a skiing enthusiast, I strongly recommend this villa. I wish Hesheng Villa gets better and better, and I wish the boss a lot of money!
