This place is just out of the village but it is less expensive than the place in the village and very good selection at great duty free prices.

A 10 day visit to Norfolk island, staying at Heritage Hill Resort. A prefect choice for our holiday, booking included a rental car to explore the beauty of Norfolk island, We stayed in a one bedroom apartment. Staff were friendly and also helpful in choosing some extra Norfolk Island tours. There is an onsite restaurant where we had dinner on two evenings. There is also a bbq for use of guests beside the swimming pool. We can highly recommended Heritage Hill resort for your holiday on Norfolk Island

My wife has always wanted to visit the Island & was not disappointed. The scenery was amazing, the people friendly, the tours/outings were interesting & tour hosts were informative & very professional. The accommodation was a little disappointing. The room was small & under equipped with little storage or hanging facilities. The dining room served excellent lunches & dinners but was not open all days. The Hotel was within easy walking distance of the shops although no footpaths made it more challenging. The self contained cottages would have been more suitable to us & probably worth the extra cost. The Hotel staff were friendly & helpful.

This was our second stay at Heritage Hill, didnt think it could get better but with new staff running the place, it is fantastic. Food in the restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner is beautiful, staff are wonderful, very friend and can't do enough for you. If you need anything, just ask. My mum and I arrived to be greeted with a beautiful icy cold orange juice before being shown to our cabin. The cabins are great, 2 bedrooms, your own balcony out the back, beautiful to sit there for happy hour in the afternoon. There is a beautiful pool area. There are views of Nepean and Phillip Islands from the cabins, hotel rooms and the restaurant. It is only a 1 klm walk into town and about 3 klm drive down to the historical Kingston. We will be travelling to Norfolk in another couple of years and will definately stay here again.

Incredible view of Phillip Island! Free laundry facilities, costs nothing to wash or dry clothes. Organised our hire car, airport transfers etc. Quiet place, yet very close to main street. We had a basic room, but it was comfortable and met our needs. We were mainly out all day every day anyway. Can't beat the view there!

The view was magnificent but when we requested housekeeping the dirty towels etc were not collected, the shower door was faulty, the TV needed to be replaced or repaired and the fridge had numerous battle scars. Some lights weren’t working.

Very Clean, Comfortable beds, Extremely friendly staff. The only downside was that it was not very organised. The all inclusive package was not explained well and the schedule had inconsistencies. Which tours needed vouchers and which did not would have been nice to know. The staff were very willing to help and extremely approachable. I think it would be helpful for the hotel to add a more detailed 'welcome sheet with some inital explanations, contact details for the cab service, tours and restraunts. This was a loverly place to stay for a week. Great views of the ocean. Room was a little on the small side, but quite comfortable. The place is not new and flashy, but it made up for this by being well lighted with natural breeze. I wasn't sure how it would go with no air conditioning, but the breeze was more than sufficient.

We had a garden room which was sub standard and extremely small with very little hanging space ironing board but no iron. No fan so it was stuffy and hot Bathroom was very dated and losing some of its tiny brown tiles. The door to the shower was rusted and we could not close it. Adjusting the water temperature in the shower was difficult For island that is conscious of conserving water this problem plus a dripping tap seemed contradictory The floor had flaking varnish and linen was only changed when we left We were privy to fresh towels and the housekeepers were very friendly For $150 per night for a 1 star motel A room with no view We felt cheated and did not enjoy the experience

Disappointed to arrive at Seaview to find that the pool had been drained. Would have been nice to know prior as I booked here because of the pool. Room smells musky & like it hasn’t been aired in years. Definitely wishing that I had booked elsewhere on Norfolk Island.
