Beautiful view of the lake and amazing service. It was easy to reach out to employees if anything was needed. My favorite part by far was watching the sunset on the lake and relaxing. It’s also very convenient how close it is to state parks. I loved seeing all of the deer in the area.

I LOVE the peace and quiet. The view of the lake from the back glass door is AMAZING! If that wasn’t enough…the pier is PERFECT, the room is CLEAN, and although the s’more kit in the fridge costs about $6, it’s a WONDERFUL TREAT after a long day ! We will be regulars! Quick note, although we love kids, we were delighted that there weren’t a bunch of kiddos running amok.

Our room (#6) was very clean, cozy and had a great view of Buchanan Lake. Although, it seems each room offeres a view of the lake. Property was overall quiet and relaxing. Painted Sky Inn is a central location to outdoor activities offered in the area. Staff was helpful with local restaurants in surrounding towns.

We visit the painted sky multiple times a year for fish camp. I trailer my boat and utilize the boat launch and beach. The rooms are always, immaculate well stocked fully operational and there are many nice touches along the way that are provided. The ownership is very friendly very accommodating and is always asking if there’s anything they can do to make our stay better.

Great stay. Comfortable & quite close to where we were riding. Would definitely stay again. Loved seeing all the white tail deer. But make sure you drive slowly because the deer that are everywhere. Easy check-in & check-out. Easy parking as well

The room was perfect and the views are amazing, closer enough to town to get what you need, but far enough to be removed. The kitchenette was amazing. Definitely plan on going back for a longer visit in the future to enjoy the lake more than we did this trip.

The RV is very clean, it has everything that we need for our weekend gate away. The walk to the lake is enjoyable. It’s so relaxing. The view of the mountain is so peaceful. Josh makes sure that everything is OK, and makes himself available if we need something. It’s highly recommended.

Great location on the water! The place was very clean and the gated parking lot was nice. I was visiting the area on a motorcycle and having it in a secure place overnight is always good. Would definitely recommend it if staying in the area. It also has a covered fishing dock.

Nice & clean beautiful place very peaceful Josh the host was very accommodating had a really great weekend there loved watching all the deer and the back patio view was amazing can't wait to bring other family members I know they will love it too
