Hotel tanpa embel-embel. Semua fasilitas yang dibutuhkan sudah tersedia. Staf rumah tangga sangat baik. Soket ada di samping tempat tidur

Seharusnya NON Merokok tetapi ruangan yang dialokasikan penuh dengan bau rokok. Aturan tidak dilaksanakan karena kami menemukan ada tamu smokhang di dalam kamar dan di lobi lantai pertama juga. Tidak ada tirai dua lapis kecuali tirai tebal sehingga Anda tidak dapat membuka tirai tebal karena orang lain dapat melihat melalui jendela. Tidak ada pintu kamar mandi kecuali lapisan plastik murahan yang sangat rapuh / tipis yang tidak bisa mencegah air tumpah ke pintu kamar mandi dan membanjiri seluruh lantai yang membuatnya sangat licin. Rak handuk dipasang terlalu tinggi, Anda mungkin sulit menjangkaunya. Penerimaan TV sangat buruk sehingga Anda tidak tahu saluran atau program mana yang sedang diputar. Secara keseluruhan, kamarnya bersih tapi yang lain mengecewakan dan tarif kamar mahal. Tidak akan merekomendasikan siapa pun untuk menginap.

Just a slight thing that needs imrovement such as checking the functionality of all the things inside the room. Such as, does the door have handles outside for you to fully lock the comfort room when not in used, and is the soap dispenser intact. Overall vibes of the property is amazing. Staffs are friendly. Thank you!

The location of the property is great, which made it easy to explore the area. The room was decent and clean, with fresh sheets provided. The bathroom was functional, although it took a while for the water heater to warm up. We had booked two rooms, and while they were a bit far apart, it wasn't too much of an issue. However, my parents' room had a slightly spooky vibe, as they could hear strange noises, like glass balls being played with, from the floor above. Despite that, we had an enjoyable stay overall. The accommodation met our basic needs and the location was very convenient.

Hard mattress and with noisy fridge sound which is disturbing to sleep. Requested for quiet room but assigned to the first room at the corridor which is very noisy. Sound proof is bad. Deposit of cash RM 100 is required during check in which is not so friendly for travelers travel cashless nowadays. Hope can be improved to ease the check in process.
