Hotel dengan Wi-Fi di Bukit Mertajam

One of my favourite hotels in Penang, I come here at least once a quarter. They provide good quality accommodation. Hotels' rooms are clean and comfortable, and breakfast has several choices. I had stated in this hotel many times, but this time, there were no welcome back snacks, and they arranged for me to stay a lower floor room. (Previously always at higher floor rooms, which has a better view and privacy)

Good location. Good customer service and front desk. Room was slightly under maintenance with empty shower gel which was surprising. Slight dusty. Slight smelly hence need some spray and fabreeze.

The hotel facilities are relatively old, the furniture in the room is too dark, it's frightening, and it's depressing to walk into the room. The location of the hotel is relatively remote, 5 kilometers away from the shopping mall, which is inconvenient.

ERNES Hotel in Bandar Perda is a solid, budget-friendly option with clean, comfortable rooms. The house looked a little creepy and heavily filled with plantations, but it's actually nice and not that bad. Good to experience the vintage feel. Just that the room's sizes are not standardized. Some rooms are small while some are spacious but with the same price. They have all basic necessities given however no laundry machine as stated in amenities.

Nice modern business hotel in a convenient location in the Iconic City area, with lots of dining options. Comfortable room size for 1 or 2 persons. However, if room is shared with colleague, then it may not be very convenient as the washing sink is located outside of the bathroom, next to a low counter with the kettle and cups. To improve - provide floor mat at the sink area as the floor might get wet when guest uses the sink.

Helped my family booked this hotel and they like it, walking distance to restaurants. Great location and near to Icon Mall.

The hotel is quite new Everything is good except the sound proof But overall it’s still worth it with reasonable price

Many times booked for my business partners already, great location because convenient to have food, a lots of restaurants and delicious food around the hotel. convenience store walk for 1min, Aeon shopping mall walk for 3min Lobby Chinese dumpling restaurant is my favourite
