Kebersihan: Sangat buruk, ada rambut yang tidak diketahui di tempat tidur, ada bau parfum, dan jelas bahwa sprei belum diganti

Lingkungan: Lumayan, lobinya juga terang, tapi kamar double yang dipesan semuanya kamar double, bukankah hotelnya punya kamar twin? Harap tandai nama kamar dengan jelas di peron

Hotelnya oke untuk menginap sebentar. Tidak ada pengering rambut di kamar. Sarapan dimulai pukul 6 dan menawarkan beragam pilihan. Stafnya ramah. Ada teras atap dengan pemandangan yang indah. Harga minuman untuk Indonesia. Kondisi agak mahal. Tidak banyak yang dapat dilakukan di Berau. Di depan hotel ada toko yang menjual kue kering dan wafel yang sangat enak. KFC juga dekat sini. Bandara berjarak 15 menit dengan taksi. Tersedia layanan antar-jemput bandara gratis.

Saya menginap di sana selama tiga malam. Hotelnya luar biasa di kota ini—menurut saya, ini adalah salah satu hotel terbaik di Tanjung Redeb. Sarapannya lumayan, dengan banyak variasi makanan. Kamarnya bersih. Ada sky lounge di lantai 8 yang menawarkan pemandangan kota yang luar biasa. Dan mereka menyediakan layanan gratis ke bandara.
