Soreda Hotel

Hemos estado muy a gusto. La isla es pequeña y desde el hotel estás cerca de todos los sitios de interés. La habitación es grande y limpia. El desayuno es bastante completo. La zona de piscina y jacuzzi también está bien. Además puedes disponer de parking ( siempre que haya sitio porque no se puede reservar)

Hotel bello con un cibo buono e a volonta. Piscina con sauna e jacuzzi. Personale molto gradevole e di aiuto per qualsiasi domanda.

Evaluation très mitigée. L'hôtel est bien et très bien placé, cependant: - le personnel n'est pas souvent au rendez-vous. On signale à Maria à l'accueil que notre mini-bar ne refroidit pas. Réponse, un mini-bar ne refroidit pas. On avait bien sûr deux chambres et dans l'autre, il était complètement froid voire même trop. En bougeant la prise électrique, ça fonctionnait. On l'a signalé mais personne n'est jamais venu. - les cartes de la chambre qui n'ont pas fonctionné trois fois. A chaque fois qu'on passe, on nous dit que ça arrive et à la troisième fois, on nous dit que c'est parce que la taxe de séjour n'est pas payé. Ironie du sort, on est passé deux fois à l'accueil pour le faire mais on nous a dit plus tard. - un bruit incroyable dans l'hôtel. L'hôtel reçoit des groupes de jeunes adolescents et ils sont infernales, on ne pouvait pas vraiment dormir avant 1 à 2 heures du matin. - si vous voulez joindre la réception, priez pour que votre chambre soit avec les nouvelles installations. Ma fille a bénéficié d'une nouvelle chambre et nous a priori d'une moins nouvelle. Le téléphone ne fonctionnait pas et malgré un signalement à la réception, rien n'a été fait. Sinon l'hôtel est bien, confortable, la piscine intérieure avec jacuzzi très bien et le service des restaurants sont excellents. On a hésité avec le Seaview et on regrette finalement. Malgré les bons points de l'hôtel, on n'y reviendra plus, c'est certain.

I have just had a horrible experience at the Soreda hotel. On arrival there was huge amounts of refurbishment work being completed, that I was not made aware of. Reception staff were abrupt to the point of rude. When I finally got to my room there was also work being completed right outside the door to the lift. That night I was kept awake by extremely loud music from the bar below. The next morning I asked if I could be moved rooms as I was having early starts to go diving and as a solo female traveller I would not be wanting to stay out late. It was 7am, I was told that it would be reported but I needed to go back later that morning. As I was there to go diving I could not return until 11am, I was left waiting in reception as the reservations person was in a meeting. Eventually I was informed by reception staff that I would not be moved rooms as I should have reported the issue between 8 and 10. I returned to my room to attempt to get some rest only to be disturbed by constant hammering, drilling and loud music from the builders. Not only that, the corridor leading to my room had water pouring from the ceiling, debris everywhere and cockroaches in the water that I had to walk through. The corridor leading to the swimming pool was the same, water pouring from the ceiling and building debris all over the floor. This was the final straw and I immediately checked out and found a more suitable place to stay. I have photographs to show the level of disruption. I cannot believe that anyone would be expected to pay to stay somewhere under those circumstances. Absolutely disgusting with zero service or compassion from staff.

In all my years of travel this was the worst hotel I’ve stayed in, I never usually bother to write bad reviews - only good ones but my friend & I hated every minute in the hell hole. Couldn’t give this no star as system doesn’t allow it. Booked 13 months before we had no warning of renovations going on in the hotel rendering one lounge out of use and limited recreational space for so many guests. Half the lifts were out of order & working ones shared with builders & stank of terps. Bed sheets still not changed after 10 days. We were dumped in the old, grubby, falling apart section along with constant groups of teenage school kids. For the whole of the 3 weeks we had the misfortune of being in this hell hole the kids spent every night shouting and running up and down the corridors banging doors until around 3 am and several nights 5am. One group left at 2am and the room next to me was then cleaned and 2 young girls arrived at 4am!! The night staff at reception asked the teenagers to behave on several occasions but to no avail. I could write pages on many more problems but don’t want to waste any more of my valuable time. We were NOT the only people complaining. AVOID THIS HELL HOLE AT ALL COSTS. The worst 3 weeks we’ve spent on a holiday.
