Cobran en DOLARES en EFECTIVO y por lo que se eso es ilegal, no me quedo otra, pero mi estadía fue muy mala, ruido, suciedad, malos tratos de parte del dueño. Veo que no soy el único insatisfecho hay mucho en Google. Se que son lo mismo del apart hotel a metros, te derivan ahí y eso no se lo recomiendo a nadie esta en construcción, otro espanto. No vale ni una estrella. Vean por si mismo en las fichas de Google buscando el nombre del hotel con la dirección del mismo y lean y vean 3.0/5 me ESPANTARON leer los COMENTARIOS..

Amamos nos hospedar na Feel. Uns dias antes do check-in eles mandam tudo explicadinho num pdf. Amei essa organização! Apesar da recepção fechar às 19h, eles têm um whatsapp que respondem rápido caso precisem de algo. A suíte é super confortável e ampla, a cama é enorme, tem espelho grande no quarto, tem microondas, mini fogão, utensílios de cozinha, frigobar, e a ducha é incrível. Fica bem próximo de restaurantes, mercado, farmácia, etc. Nosso voo era só de noite, eles deixaram guardar a mala enquanto a gente passeava fazendo hora pra ir pro aeroporto. Super recomendo!

Me he hospedado por 3 noches en un departamento. Las habitaciones bien y sin algo para destacar. En mi caso tuve una muy mala experiencia ya que me han cobrado una noche como reserva (100 USD aprox) y al momento de hacer el check in, tuve que pagar todas noches sin considerarme la reserva. Me han dicho que la reserva cae sola dentro de las 72 hs de hacer el check in, no sucedió. Me han dicho que se me va a devolver dentro de la semana de hacer el checkout. Ya pasaron 10 días de que hice el checkout, todavía no me devolvieron y dejaron de contestar mis correos. No volvería a este lugar ni tampoco lo recomiendo. Adjunto transacción de reserva y lamentablemente nunca devuelta.

Excelente atencion pero NO es un hotel
No es un hotel, son departamentos con un conserje. La atencion del personal, todos, es perfecta, amables, educados, diligentes. Pero hay q especificar, y esto es responsabilidad de la app no de la empresa, q son departamentos, ademas les faltaria remozarlos un poco ya q no son nuevos. La zona si bien es a metros de lo mejor de palermo soho es medio dehabitada de noche y algo peligrosa. Creo q el precio es alto para la calidad de las instalaciones

Friendly, attentive staff. Great location in Palermo. Great value, room was cozy and had a nice balcony. There is a design flaw with the shower. The bathroom is clean and fine, but the way the shower is designed causes it to splash water on the floor.
