I stayed at Hotel Casa Lucia at the very end of a recent trip to Argentina. It was so nice to stay at such a thoughtful and welcoming place after a week of hiking in Patagonia and long city walks in Buenos Aires. The staff are so helpful and had useful recommendations about available amenities and activities in the area. I would definitely stay again.

Located on a side street away from downtown but walking distance to a variety of shops and restaurants. Nice lobby but not much seating. Room was clean and comfortable. Downside—extremely poor service at bar/tapas restaurant and food was so-so. Not very hospitable to non-Spanish speaking guests. But did provide umbrellas for getting out on a rainy day.

Very average experience for a supposedly 5 star hotel. No USB charging points in room, asked reception for an adaptor, they had none told to go to a store 2 blocks down the road. Asked to change USD to local currency, we don't change money go to an ATM As my phonevwouldnt charge asked for an early morning call. A call was not received The room is OK, but shower is made for very small people, not a good shower at all. Recommend look else where.

my husband and I agree that this is the best new hotel with the best service we have ever experienced anywhere in the world. the check-in process was perfect and efficient. our room, was spacious and beautiful. Agustina prepared many thoughtful details in our room. the Casa Lucía Spritz cocktail in loobybar is a classic! we had a late flight back to the US, so we were able to use the spa to change and freshen up after a long day of sightseeing. the hotel management must be outstanding because EVERY employee treats you like an honored guest.

Dos noches en la Master Suite con terraza mas una larga sesión de spa fue mi celebración de cumpleaños. Tengo mucha experiencia en hotelería, y creo que este hotel esta en un excelente nivel general. La Master Suite es preciosa, moderna, amplia, con gran cama y almohadas. Con una terraza de grandes vistas al rio y cuidad, tumbonas y una muy espectacular ducha exterior, realmente, disfrutable. Intima. El baño es amplio, aunque coincido con otros huéspedes en que el box de ducha es extremadamente pequeño, no se comprende habiendo tanto espacio. Es un hotel prolijo en sus procesos, la habitación estaba lista con un cake, una botella de espumante, frutas, mucha agua, y una carta del manager. El desayuno es muy bueno, con un buffet de calidad y calientes a demanda. Muy buena cafetería y jugos naturales. Horario amplio y bien atendido. El spa me pareció excelente. Las chicas que lo atienden son amables en extremo, y saben de wellness, se nota que les gusta. Prolijo espacio con relaxing area, buenas terapistas y precios razonables. Muy linda piscina interior. Room Service algo caro, pero cumplieron. La ubicación es de las que mas me gustan en la ciudad. Recoleta en este punto es histórica y segura, con muchas propuestas de paseos, museos, compras, comidas, bares notables. Me encanto Casa Lucia. Pase un cumpleaños a puro Relax y sol. Nos atendieron fantástico. Espero poder volver pronto!
