Exceeding expectations The weather was amazing the hotel was in a prime location with a beautiful sea view , all the staff were helpful and professional it was exceeding my expectations .

While the apartments are generally well-equipped, it would be a great addition if basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, oil, and dish soap were provided. Considering the price point of the apartments, these small touches would enhance the overall guest experience and convenience. On a positive note, the staff at Gufo Apartments are incredibly friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond to assist guests and ensure a pleasant stay. Their warm and welcoming demeanor is a highlight of the property. Despite some room for improvement in terms of bed comfort and the inclusion of basic cooking essentials, Gufo Apartments remains a solid choice for accommodation in Budva. The friendly staff and well-maintained units contribute to a positive overall experience.

The front desk was extremely rude to me and said that they did not have my reservation, all the rooms are fully booked and told me to find somewhere else to stay. After a while of me not leaving because I already paid, they gave me a manager to speak to on the phone who told me I had to pay and extra 160 euros (on top of what I already paid through *******) then they can give me a room. The room they offered was not even the room with a balcony sea view that I originally booked through *******. I would never recommend anyone to stay here again based on how they took advantage of the fact that I am a solo female and was in no way prepared to look for another hotel after I had come from a long flight. The staff had zero knowledge on customer service (which is something I noticed in most places in Budva).
