The hotel location is out of city center but there is several means of transportation just in front of the hotel so it can be reached easily the spa is OK the breakfast is very good and they keep refilling it when crowded .the cleaning lady knocked the door we said will be out in 2 minutes but she never cleaned our room didn't like that

Das Hotel ist zwar nicht der Neueste, enspricht aber locker dem 4* Standard.... Preis-Leistung absolut Top! Frühstück nicht sooooooo exklusiv, aber was da ist, ist sehr gut, was nicht da ist, wenn man fragt, wird gemacht... Personal nett, und strebt sich an, alles zu lösen... Thermenteil ist sehr gut, man hat alles da.. Innenstadt öffentlich in 20 Min erreichbar Alles in Allem, wir waren zufrieden, für eine Budapest Reise für 3-4-5 Tage ideal.. (es gibt natürlich die 4 Jahreszeiten :-) Hotel, man muss aber Apfel nicht mit Birne vergleichen !! Wir werden nächstes Jahr zurückkommen!!

服務還行，停車場很大，但是早上前台給刷車票出去，理解不了，德語和英語説了，車子到門口還是出不去，這點需要改進，我的車票提早一天都付錢了，電腦裏就該有我車票訊息，不應該讓我車子在門口來回跑兩次才解決

Hotel lontano dal centro ma con la fermata dei bus vicina. Ci siamo fermate due notti e la camera non ci è stata pulita e rifornita di sapone e varie. In generale comunque era in ordine e pulito. A colazione non c'erano paste dolci. Il personale molto gentile e disponibile.

Aan de Donau. Te berekenen Openbaar vervoer. Zeer behulpzaam personeel.

Er waren enkele kleine probleempjes maar het werd vlug en efficient verholpen. Professioneel en behulpzaam.

酒店位於布達佩斯的左岸，布達的三區核心地帶，老布達。酒店對面就是瑪格麗特島，步行20分鐘可以上島，距離布達皇宮乘坐巴士也僅需20分鐘，交通方便。 酒店負一層有室內SPA和泳池，以及健身房，是舉家外出休閑的地方。 早餐為四/五星級酒店標配，從早上6點半到上午10點半。 房間設施相對老舊，但是入住舒適。 總體而言性價比高，設施完善，交通方便，是家庭休閑出遊首選！

Fantastisch!! We waren drie uur te vroeg maar kregen, ongevraagd en heel vriendelijk, een andere kamer waardoor we niet in de lobby hoefden te wachten. De kamer was keurig opgeruimd, heerlijk bed, nette badkamer, kortom tiptop in orde. De verschillende zwembaden en het bubbelbad waren schoon en mooi dus erg aangenaam. Het ontbijt was erg uitgebreid zodat er zelfs voor kieskeurige mensen als mijn vrouw en ik wat lekkers, en gezonds, te krijgen was. Het personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam Dit bleek o.a. uit dat mijn vrouw onwel was geworden door iets wat we in de stad hadden gegeten en daardoor vroeg ik laat in de avond enkele stuks fruit en de volgende dag een latere checkout wat we ook weer kosteloos aangeboden kregen. Als ik iets zou moeten noemen dan is dat dit prachtige hotel al wat ouder is waardoor de luxe niet meer helemaal up to date is, voor ons was dat helemaal geen probleem en zou ik zelfs zeggen dat we het als een pluspunt zagen. Het is wellicht wat duurder dan doorsnee hotels maar het is 100% waar voor je geld!! Fantastic!! We were three hours early but were given another room, unsolicited and very kindly, so we didn't have to wait in the lobby. The room was very tidy, wonderful bed, nice bathroom, in short, in tiptop order. The various pools and hot tub were clean and beautiful so very enjoyable. The breakfast was very extensive so that even picky people like my wife and I could get something tasty and healthy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. This showed, among other things, in that my wife had become unwell due to something we had eaten in the city, so I asked for some fruit late in the evening and a later checkout the next day, which we again were offered free of charge. If I had to mention something negative, it is that this beautiful hotel is a bit older, so the luxury is no longer completely up to date, for us that was no problem at all and I would even say that we saw it as a plus. It may be a bit more expensive than average hotels but it is 100% value for money!!
