I was told on the arrival day the breakfast combined with buffet and menu options. However, during the breakfast, when I asked for the menu the waitress told me I should just take food from buffet, saying they have wide options( which is not true, the buffet option is really limited ! Then I tried another male waiter with an earring asking for a menu, also got rejected. Then after I finished my breakfast, I noticed there are other white couples were ordering food from the menu. I don’t know if that is discrimination from hotel’s point of view. But I realised all Chinese visitors there were not given an option to order from menu. I asked for investigation but still haven’t got the response so far, such disappointing experience.

It is a wonderful experience staying at the W Hotel Budapest. I am very favorably impressed by the friendly and professional services by hotel staff. The location is outstanding and close to all the good sites of sightseeing. I will be back.

完美的W酒店，位於著名的歌劇院對面，原來上一次路過時還在整體裝修，外觀已經歡喜了，19世紀的新古典風格的建築，配以清新粉藍～建築的雕刻更具立體和窗花的靚麗。 進入酒店真的是大大的驚喜，2個建築的中庭被圍起來，整體通透 高大，白天 和晚上的燈光都會是各種華麗；左邊是休息區，右邊是多功能餐廳，各種藍色元素裝點 既有古典的繁複也有現代的時尚； 來這裏整個建築就是藝術品，很多細節包括樓梯 大理石拼花地面 拱形的樓道，大面積的花窗。。房間裏更是設計師把元素用到極致，對比色的大大小小的方塊不用材質的各種拼接，卧室運用了不同的粉藍色系，清新時尚舒適感。 晚餐的生意很好 年輕人的彙集地，正縫春節假期，居然有中式的菜系；每個服務生都很漂亮 年輕 熱情

整體非常好，SPA很美！服務好，全新內裝修，設計感強，位置極佳，歌劇院正對面，出行很方便，個人感覺布達佩斯最好的酒店。

非常喜歡的酒店，一百多年的老建築，前身是芭蕾舞學校，滿滿的歷史底藴，非常推薦，尤其是地下一樓的spa, 完美的體驗！

방이 모던해서 좋지만 살짝 뜨는감이있는 호텔 그치만 모든게 신식이라 좋구 쇼핑하기에 위치가 너무 좋다 너무커서 길을잃기도 ㅎ 수영장이 넘 이쁨

位置很好，也很漂亮，設施有時間會出故障

W rests in the heart of the city. The ambience & Architecture is breathtaking. The ‘jewel’ colours of the upholstery are unusual & eye catching The staff is polite , warm & very welcoming. The beauty of the original building has been preserved.

Stayed for 4 nights. Great hospitality, courtesy at its best, from checkin to room service to breakfast lounge. Jen at breakfast restaurant was exceptionally courteous. The rooms were very comfortable. Room service always prompt. Very convenient location. Breakfast quality was superb. On the day we were leaving my wife was feeling unwell with a cold, staff at reception extended our checkout for 2 pm, offered to send tea with ginger and honey to the room- very caring team; well done. Budapest has lots to offer, wonderful sights and architecture
