住這麼偏遠是因為要探親，不然一般不會住這邊😂酒店沒有升降機，行李要自己爬樓梯搬上去，房間沒有空調，有電風扇，也好在英國一般都不熱。房間很大，兩個人住很舒服，最後一天離開前，前台員工還給我們送了一杯熱咖啡做早點。

Brilliant hotel had no issues Sofia was a great host, best premier inn I’ve stayed in and I’ve stayed in a lot as I travel every week for work. Had no problems or complaints car park is good easy for vans or campers! Nice breakfast bar in hotel and pub next door.

There was no ventilation in the room walls and even the ceiling was wet and was quite chilly even with heating on.No one took bins in toilet from previous guest. Bed was very comfortable for kids as well.breakfast was very good with really nice service.

Myself and my husband had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. The lady on reception was very welcoming and accommodating. Very convenient that a restaurant is literally next door. Downside of this hotel is the parking

All members of staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious, even with the main bed and 2 singles set up, all of which were extremely comfortable. The area is quiet and we had minimal noise from other guests. Breakfast options were good and the quality was great for the price. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I stay in Premier Inn’s regularly and I can honestly say that today in Buckhurst Hill I had the loveliest warm welcome from Sofia on arrival. Better than any other premier inn that I have stayed in. I have had a particularly difficult two days driving from Devon and the welcome I received made such a big difference to my mood. Thank you

I recently had a wonderful experience checking in at the hotel, thanks to Sofia. From the moment I arrived, she greeted me with a warm smile and made the entire process seamless. Sofia was efficient and friendly, ensuring I had all the information I needed about my stay. Her attention to detail and genuine hospitality set a positive tone for my visit. Sofia gave us excellent service. She's very kind n friendly. Break is delicious here and room was clean n spacious. Free car park. Thank you so much Sofia and we hope to be back again soon. Lovely location and many nice/restaurants to dine in. 😊
