Bad service and attitude and very dirty rooms. I booked directly with them through the website. We asked 48h beforehand for the Corona regulations. A trainee answered my email stating the regulations and we made sure to comply with them. We were surprised to find completely different regulations when arriving. I completely understand that the governments regulations might change, or trainees might not be up to the current situation. What was remarkable was the clerks attitude and service. Quote: „it’s not my responsibility at all to assist or inform guests about the regulations“. Do you not want travelers to visit your hotel? Now, checking in, we saw gross ashes in the bathroom under the vent - see photo. We also found that many of the visitors and cleaning staff were not wearing masks the next day. Not recommended! All I ask when away from home is a clean room and staff who would be glad to assist someone away from home!
