We enjoyed our stay at Europa Royale Bucharest. - Spacious rooms. - Friendly staff. - Clean and well presented. Towels were changed everyday, bins emptied etc. - Good central location. - Lovely atrium, which always smelt nice and had comfy chairs. - Good value for money.

Perfect stay at the main location of Bucharest Old Town. Airport bus stop is 200m away. Bars, pubs, restaurants are 300m away from Moxy hote. Staffs are kind, helpful and super nice. Pretty well maintained hotel with nice rooms and worth the money you pay for. Recommended.

It should be a hotel in the city center. Due to the time limit of the business trip, I didn't go to the surrounding area. The room is not very big, but the facilities are relatively new. The bathroom is large, the water pressure is sufficient, and the shower is very comfortable. There is a bar opposite the hotel, and there are resident singers on weekends. There are also restaurants not far away. There are always taxis downstairs of the hotel, which is convenient to go anywhere

Hotel is a brand new building which is right in front of a very run-down building, so finding the hotel might be a bit tough. You need to turn in to the alley, and then u can see the hotel straight away. Very safe place, but just Romania old town is like a turkish kebab every old and new building mix. 😁 Breakfast is simple and right at the rooftop, which is nice. This hotel provides full set of toiletries, which i think is a plus point coz many five stars i stay in europe dont even provide this. Easy access to any part of the town by foot or train.

The check-in process was quite easy. Although the hotel met our expectations, there was no soap in the hand basin. There was no soap, shampoo or shower gel in the shower. There were no disposable slippers in the room, but there were towels. There was a stain in the shower that I did not understand. Cleaning should be improved, the beds are not bad, but the bunk beds were squeaking. Hotel check-out time is 10:00. However, it is an extremely early check-out time. It should be 12:00 at the latest. There is no luggage store in the hotel. There definitely should be. We could not convince the staff to help us.

From the outside the hotel looks very beautiful, but from the inside everything is more modest. Standard rooms are not too spacious - for five stars it seems a little cramped. Breakfast is quite up to the standard of the hotel. Varied and you can order porridge, for example.

Advantages: The room is large, the location is good, and the balcony on the 22nd floor is a good place for viewing. The facilities are a bit old, but still passable. Disadvantages: The service is poor, only up to the standard of a three-star hotel.

Best hotel ever! I recommend it to everyone, clean, location, breakfast, everything is amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Everything ok, a little more attention to the linen change (there were no towels missing) and in general to the tidying up of the room, otherwise nothing to complain about, kind staff and very nice structure
