Premier Inn Gloucester Business Park

In terms of Premier Inns, this one is very average. Location is excellent and staff were friendly. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. Lots of free parking. The room did however, take ages to warm up and it felt quite a tired hotel that really needs renovated and sprucing up a bit. The shower was very poor and only a dribble came out, very unusual for Premier Inns that usually have good showers with good pressure so that was disappointing. We had the meal deal and ate next door at the Brewers Fayre. I’ve reviewed that separately as was very poor and personally, I wouldn’t recommend getting a meal deal or eating there at all. So it was fine for one night but I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

I had an absolutely brilliant stay, all staff were very friendly, room was sparkly clean and bigger than expected, location was ideal, bus stop nearby and good access to motorway. Restaurant was next door and had good offers and fast service, staff were friendly there too and the food was amazing. Would definitely stay again!

Noise hotel, shower not great, very unexpected for Premier Inn, have stayed at many premier inn hotels and this was very noise, not sure if it was a boiler or heating going all night, went for a good relax but ended up more tired when we awoke. Very unusual for premier inn.

At first thought it was going to be a good stay. Check in relatively easy quick, went up to room looked a bit tired and old the air con unit was very old not very powerful at all. Anyway tried going to sleep bed was very hard and then me and my partner skin started itching horrendously from the bedding/ bed. Tried our best to ignore as I had a hospital appointment the next morning however 1:30 the itching was so bad I had to lay on the sofa to get some relief. My partner tried to stay in the bed as only other place was the floor. By the morning we had no sleep and both our skin had bites all over our faces, shoulders, backs. So unacceptable that anyone’s skin should end up like that after a visit from a hotel. Poor!!!

We had a brilliant stay and an absolute friendly team across the hotel, rooms were nice and clean and very spacious and is very close for access to the motorway. Restaurant next door, Costa subway and Greggs all 5 minute walk away. Also bus route in to town

Fantastic staff, the reception team were so friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed too. Super location close to motorway but adjacent to a Tesco Extra , separate Costa Coffee and a hairdressers. So handy when attending family wedding! Thank you to all the team.
