This was our first trip to Broadway and we were so lucky to have found this gem! A total pleasure from start to finish. East House is an elegant guest house in a great location perfect for exploring the Cotswolds. My stay included excellent quality linen, everywhere spotlessly clean and an immaculate attention to detail. My room was superb and the breakfast wonderful. I had a wonderful gluten free selection. I found the owners Lauren and Andrew helpful, attentive and friendly. Incredibly professional and yet homely. This is no ordinary B&B or guesthouse! I cannot imagine getting better value for your money. Wish I could give East House more than 5 stars. 100 % highly recommend. I had to write a review to say how delighted my family & I were with our stay at and by the standards, passion and efficiency of East House. Thanks again Lauren & Andrew for a wonderful weekend.

A wonderful two day break with friends. Cosy, friendly, warm and inviting, I would 100% recommend this fabulous hotel, for the rooms, hosts, amazing freshly cooked breakfast and the location. Romantic setting, set perfectly near the other Cotswold hot spots to visit and a good selection of restaurants a walk away. We also appreciated a smaller venue rather than a faceless hotel, way more personable and our fellow guests were really nice.

We had a lovely couple of days away and really enjoyed staying at East House and were grateful for the recommendations made by the owners during our stay. East House is located in Broadway and is only a short walk to a number of restaurants and pubs and is only a short drive to a number of other popular towns and villages in the area such as Stow on the Wold & Chipping Camden etc.

Wonderful location, excellent service and hospitality. We would highly recommend a stay at East House. It exceeded all of our expectations. We will definitely be staying there again We had the attic room and it was perfect for us, the room was very clean and well looked after, with everything you could possibly need

My partner and I were attending a wedding nearby Broadway and our stay at East House stole the show! We had such a worm welcome from Lauren and Andrew, who were both extremely helpful throughout our stay in helping us getting around and finding the best spots in the area. The house and our room was immaculately clean and the bed was super comfortable. I honestly couldn't rate this the house, our stay and the hosts highly enough. We'll be back (hopefully soon)!

Andrew and Lauren were the most welcoming hosts, we enjoyed every minute of our stay with them. Their house is a credit to them and they have worked very hard over the years to get it how it is, it’s definitely a ‘wow’ house. Amazing location with plenty of good places to eat just a short walk away in a beautifully well kept village. The best thing…everything!

This is a lovely guest house in every way. The owners are so welcoming and the house and room are beautiful. Everything you would want is there, and my concerns over being there when we had the couple of heatwave days were unfounded. We had a very effective quiet fan and small fridge for drinks. The breakfast choice was perfect, flexible and truly delicious. It’s in a great location to and advice on where to go on a very short break was very useful.

Highly recommend this place. Lauren and Andrew were excellent hosts! Nothing was too much for them and they generously provided a gift for our honeymoon. If you need a place to stay, this is the place for you!

11/10, we felt like being guests in their house. Outstanding location and superb accommodation, the benchmark for others to follow. Walking distance to a good variety of restaurants and an excellent base to explore the Cotswolds.
