This may be an older Premier Inn, but it is superbly run and managed. All the staff seem happy and professional. The manager Steve clearly knows what he is doing ( despite the age of the hotel's infrastructure). Kudos to young Courtney on the front desk for sorting things out so ably. Salute to other front desk staff too. All were polite, friendly, knowledgeable. I have stayed here three times and shall return. My only issue was lack of adequate staff numbers at breakfast time in the linked adjacent but non-Premier Inn managed pub/restaurant , but the food was good .

I received a very warm welcome from Courteney who was very helpful and informative. Decent, basic rooms very quiet. Had a good meal in the pub next door where the staff were also very helpful and friendly. The pub had a good menu and a extensive choice of beers and wines.

Perfect quiet room ( 1st floor at the rear) minimal noise and a great nights sleep, Pub next door is good with quality food and proper ales, plus… If you are really lucky you will be met at the front desk with the very smiley Angela who is more than helpful (treat her well)

Really good stay with friendly and helpful staff throughout the week. The room was spacious and very clean. The bed was comfortable and sensible heating. Bathroom was great and was quiet which was a big help. Would go back and recommend, alongside the pub next door, great service! Ticked all the right boxes!

Cheap and allowed a base for an overnight stay with all essentials needed Some issues: Hot water tap in bathroom not working Loud heating at night Poor lighting for getting ready Broken chair in bedroom But overall it was cheap, and serviced it purpose - probably wouldn't go back to this one again though knowing what it is like

Arriving at the Premier inn north Swindon I was expected by Fay a really kind and very professional Laidy who is always on it whatever you need The rooms need immediate refurbishment but the staff is 5 star always helpful and Fay makes your arrival way better then enywhere All together staff 👌🏻5star Hotel 2 star

Great room, very clean, comfy bed, decent bedding,decent WiFi great for road connections, having said that there is no road noise in the bedrooms.stayed here a few times , always happy to come back. Reception staff very helpfull. Handy having restaurant next door

Marie on reception was very nice ,polite and friendly . The rooms were clean and tidy as you'd expect from a premier inn . The place is however quite dated felt a bit like the 1970s cross roads motel . Half expected to see miss dianne and Benny any minute. The food in the pub next door was very good .
