Good location and interesting collection of artwork in the hotel. Walls are a bit thin - kept awake by other guests. Checking in was also really slow even after we checked in online

The hotel was very smart modern and clean. Our room was small but we had booked a standard room. Price was good compared to other hotels locally.
The hotel is right next to the harbour and in the middle of a bustling nightlife. We hadn’t considered this when booking. Although the location was great, the noise from outside could be heard so loudly in our room at night. I actually thought a window was open, but it wasn’t. This went on till the early hours, music, shouting etc, so we found it hard to sleep. The bed was very comfortable though and the room spotlessly clean.
Tea/coffee facilities were provided in our room, an iron and hairdryer were also there. The bathroom had a good shower, towels were provided.
We didn’t dine but I did purchase a drink from the bar. After paying I was told it would be brought over to me. When it was the bartender informed me my card had declined and asked me to pay again. I did, however when I checked my bank later both payments had been paid out. Not very happy about this.
Although a nice looking hotel and great price, due to the noise level at night we wouldn’t stay again. If that wouldn’t bother you the hotel would be a great choice.
For the best of Bristol old and new, stay at Premier Inn Bristol City Centre (Lewins Mead). Our new-generation bedrooms, each featuring and impressive 40" flat screen TV, bright, modern bathroom with a large shower head, and extra-comfy Hypnos bed are a great contrast to the quirky Christmas Steps Arts Quarter and the Unitarian Meeting House. You're spoilt for choice for things to do in and around Lewins Mead. The famous Floating Harbour, only a 15 minute walk away, is a hub for eating, drinking and cultural attractions such as M-Shed, Watershed and SS Britain. When you've had your fill of the city, come back to your Bristol hotel and sit down to dinner at Brewers Fayre, our on-site restaurant.

The hotel was in a great location as it's not far from theatre, shopping and other amenities. Only down side is the shower head really badly needed de-scaleing.

Hotel is just in the city center and so close to restaurants and shopping. Room is regular but pillows aren’t cosy at all. They were of the lowest quality ever so affected sleeping. Shower had Rituals amenities which is nice but no lid to close the tub so actually only shower option available while there is a tub. We had child and dog with us so convertible sofa plus additional sofa piece were quite comfortable. We chowed this hotel for pet option and it’s just £15 extra charge so in general feel very satisfied with our one night stay.
Btw. Reception looks the way more stylish than the rooms so the picture is taken only there !

GGayatri GallowaySituated centrally but accessible for cars, the Delta Hotel works fine for a stopover night prior to a flight
Being part of Marriott Bonvoy means the recently refurbished hotel has higher standards than others: spacious shiny lobby, seating areas, well-served restaurants and all the extra amenities.
Unlike many other places working by the clock, the restaurant received our late arrival and food order, enjoyed over watching Match of the Day. The staff were particularly impressive.
Important to me it had a terrace to the restaurant on the first floor. It looks over nothing much but urban concrete and the roundabout but it allows me to have my smoke respectfully!
The room is spacious, has a personalised TV welcoming the guests by name but its smart features unfortunately didn’t work (yet) so no Netflix for us that night! Thank God, there was not just the Holy Bible but also the Book of Mormons on the right hand bedside table!

JJtownI stayed at the Leonardo Hotel in Bristol, and it was a pleasant experience overall. One of the best aspects was the location—just an 8-minute walk from Temple Meads train station. The weather was sunny, making the walk really enjoyable, though there are a few stairs along the way to keep in mind.
We arrived earlier than expected at 10:30 AM and were pleasantly surprised to find that our room was already ready. That was a great start to our stay! Our room on the 7th floor was spacious and spotlessly clean, except for some permanent stains in the shower—not dirt, but not particularly nice to look at. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and I honestly had one of the best nights of sleep I’ve had in a while. It was also a lovely room for families with a child, as our kid finally got a real comfy bed rather than a wobbly open sofa bed.
The lobby was a nice spot to relax after a day of walking around the city. They offer water for guests and even have some board games, which was a fun touch.
Breakfast was decent, though not particularly memorable. My main issue was the lack of non-dairy options for making a cappuccino. While they offer non-dairy milks, it wasn’t possible to make a cappuccino with them unless you paid extra for a barista-made one. I found this disappointing, especially since more and more people are opting for dairy-free alternatives. It’s an area that could definitely be improved. It's not worth booking direct with the hotel as they don't bother to be competitive.
Overall, it was a comfortable stay in a well-located hotel, with just a few minor areas for improvement.
GGuest UserVery clean and great atmosphere.
Great locaion for a short city break with comfortable rooms.
Staff were friendly and helpful however service could be slow at times.
GGuest UserBest location for shopping and travelling by short walking distance. The bedsheet and pillows very very clean with freshness. I like the biscuits especially the ginger nuts. The ladies from the housekeeping are friendly and done their best to keep our room clean.
GGuest UserA very nice experience, staff friendly and room clean. Food a bit disappointing not everyone likes curries etc but we managed just with soup.
GGuest UserGreat location for those early mornings dragging yourself out of bed for an early flight. Breakfast was okay. Hotel room was quiet so got a good nights sleep. One thing I will say was really weird is the toilet door is the wardrobe door 😂 so if you come out of the loo and someone is looking in the wardrobe, they may get a door to the head. And if you leave the bathroom door open you will be seen from the bed. Liked the big window looking out to the carpark but would of loved to of been able to let a bit of fresh air into the room. Restaurant was okay, I think it was £8 for tomato soup that was so hot it burnt my throat and nearly ruined the holiday before it had begun. Will stay again as it's so close to the airport and with TUI you can check your bags in the night before.
GGuest UserWe had the loveliest time here the staff were so lovely and friendly. It was about a 30 minute walk into town and if you are travelling into town at rush hour walking is the best way as the traffic was pretty bad.
The room we stayed in was beautiful and clean and tidy and we were blown away by the service from the staff it really was lovely infact I was shocked to find they were part of a group and not independent as it felt the kind of service you would get from an independent. The bar and restaurants were lovely and the building was so beautiful inside and out we had a really lovely stay toiletries were provided and they smelt beautiful. thanks so much we had a lovely time.
AAnonymous UserA place in heart of Bristol city center. A place just to crash for night sleep . Don't expect to have a relaxing day in the hotel . Hotel itself has maze of stairs up and down . Building is historical. Rooms layout is not good for people who don't like doing stairs and can get confused easily where to go . Overall it's okay for few nights sleep . 🙂🙂🙂
GGuest UserIt was a nice hotel on the whole, but the room had water/damp stains on the wall and could have been cleaned better (few hairs and dust etc). Staff were all very friendly and the facilities were average, as you would expect from a budget hotel.
