Lokasi sangat bagus namun ruangan itu sendiri tidak bersih sama sekali. Ada bekas tumpahan kotor di lemari di dapur. Kamar mandi juga tidak bersih - kamar mandi dan toilet tidak bersih sama sekali. Peralatan makan di laci juga tidak cukup. Dan saya pikir untuk harga ini parkir mobil seharusnya sudah termasuk - karena saya memesan banyak akomodasi dan jarang harus membayar ekstra untuk parkir.

Overall service is okay. They are very accommodating with requests and other needs during stay.

To me, excellent guest service means showing guests that you're always available to help with any problems and you greet, The experience we have here is they are not willing to accommodate the guest if theres any problems with the booking having a hard times checkin in and explain.

Lifts were not working for the duration of our stay. It took 2 hours to get a lift to the lobby. We didn't spend much time in the apartment due to lift not working. Service was horrible. A complete waste of time and money.

A location close to many amenities. The room we stayed in was comfortable with its layout, but the shower was small and the kitchen needed an update to its tools.'The bathroom door needs oils on its hinges for no matter how softly you try to open it lets out this horrendous sound.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the hotel was damaged by a burst water main in the street and only one lift was working. We were in a 2 Bdrm river view apartment and had a lovely view. The layout of the unit was good. There was sufficient crockery etc but we needed to put the dishwasher on after each meal. The location is very convenient, we used public transport or walked to all the places we visited. Supermarket just around the corner and bottle shop virtually next door. Would stay again.

Fantastic location! Safe and secure in the middle of the city. Will definitely stay again.

This property was absolutely amazing with an awesome view but just some items in the room needed a good clean or replacement but other then that absolutely amazing!

Staying in town means we could walk everywhere. Parking at the property was good but hard to find the entrance. The apartment was nice and comfortable. All staff were very helpful and happy to welcome you. Cheers Marie

Fantastic room - plenty of space in our 1 brm apartment and excellent facilities like washer/dryer. Great location, 5 min walk to shops or down to the river and cross the bridge to Southbank. Excellent pool, though the water was a little cold for our liking - even on a hot day!

Old apartment style hotel with no housekeeping and expectation to take out your own rubbish at the end of your stay. If you're looking for a comfortable hotel-like stay, look elsewherw
