Gambar di website tidak sesuai dengan kenyataan. Saya memesan kamar eksekutif satu di lantai tiga. Jendelanya kecil dan terhubung ke kolam renang di lantai dua. Saya awalnya memesan lima malam dan menghubungi Ctrip untuk membatalkan empat malam terakhir. Asisten online Ctrip merespons dengan cepat. Saya diturunkan ke kamar eksekutif biasa malam itu. Pihak hotel dan Ctrip tetap mengenakan harga satu kamar eksekutif, dan selisihnya tidak dikembalikan. Gambar 1 dan 2 di bawah adalah gambar dari website, dan gambar 3 sampai 5 adalah foto sebenarnya yang diambil.

The hotel is clean, though the deluxe studio is slightly compact. The room includes a microwave and a sink, which can be convenient for preparing simple breakfasts.

Good location in the city, bed was average - would be better if they resolved the water pressure in the showers, stayed at 13th level and had a hard time washing up. Staff could be more attentive and not disregard notes or requests left in trip.com. There was a laundry room hidden in the gym, which was a plus. The indoor pool looks pretty, and there was a sauna and steam room too. Nobody told us all these great facilities and we had to figure out ourselves.

Friendly and helpful staffs. Clean room and excellent shampoo and conditioner. Great location, easy access malls and centralised. Will come back again if we are going Brisbane.

Tired and basic I’d say. No vibe about the place either. Good if you can get for around $150 in my view however that may not be realistic or reflect other peoples circumstances I.e. you may be happy paying more. The room was ok (the basic one) but the sauna and space facilities need sorting out. Nowhere to get changed and lockers all broken. See photos. Better places if you pay a little more.

Lovely hotel right in the center of Brisbane CBD. I told the hotel that it’s a stay for my partner’s birthday and they gave us a sparkling wine too.

Returning guest, my third time here at least. Centrally located, can’t beat it by much. Clean and new, the gym and pool is great. I wish the pool is heated a bit more.

It was great and sevice was so good, In my roon remocontroller didn't working, but they solved this problem promptly. Room was clean , location was great.
