Stayed on 28th Dec 2024 on Sat, only AUD250. Very good for value. Their Porterman was very supportive and liked to help before you asked.

Location wise, it is right in the middle of downtown. Room is nice and well kept, common area is clean. Breakfast selection seems limited.

The facilities are not very new, but the size is sufficient, clean and tidy, parking is available at the door, it is convenient to go shopping, it is very close to shopping malls and supermarkets, and the products can be repurchased.
