When we arrived at the hotel in the evening, there was only a concierge, no one at the front desk, and we needed the concierge to call the front desk to help us check in. The concierge service was commendable, but when I entered the room, I found that there was no amenity or mineral water, and I was even angry that there was no bottled water in the minibar.
