I stayed 4 nights with Homewood Suites on 14-18 March 2025 and requested pilow and blanket in the first night. However, I got only blanket but never recieve pillow.
On March 16th, i went to request to do room service whereas the receptionist said no staff after 2 pm so i have to wait another day for the request. Therefore, i decided to wait and request to do room service again in the next day.
On March 17th, i went out to travel with friends and come back to the room around 3-4 pm. We realized that no one clean our room so we deiced to request the room service again; however, the receptionist said no one clean the room because i put do not disturb sign in front of the door but i did not put anything in front of the door before i left so i tired to explain them as well as asking them to check the request record i did on their computer. The receptionists saw my record but they said no staff after 2 pm again and could not help anything to me except taking only some notes to thier boss.
Lastly, i am a little disappointed with the service, and this is my first time staying with Homewood Suites; however, the room and facilities are great.
