OK Golf Hotel in very remote location! 5-10 miles from Brignoles off route de cabasse! The Good: Suite with pool view & parking! The Bad: Spa is not included free, Dinner restaurant below par! Avoid the steak! The Ugly: Breakfast comes without scrambled eggs!

Visited to play golf. Very nice environment but major renovation work is going on. We had asked for a quiet room yet they gave us a room right next to the main works. The noise was absolutely horrendous and the workers told us they would be there every day from 8am. Eventually the receptionist agreed to move us to a room higher up which was very good though we were still woken by the noise from the trucks. When the works are finished this will be a good place to stay and the restaurant was excellent.

The pros : decent prices, good service from the staff at the bar, well sized bedrooms. Several EV charging stations and large car park. The cons : staff generally little interested by looking after clients (they didn’t ask once about my stay), rooms are not cleaned nor maintained properly, showing many signs of wear and tear. A car is required for anything except golf.

A filthy hotel. We have returned with our child covered in bites which we are trying to establish if they're fleas or bed bugs. The carpets look like they have never been vacuumed. Standard of cleanliness extremely poor for the cost and star rating. Stay here at your own risk

Do not stay here, this hotel stole money from me and will not reimburse me. First the hotel attempted to over-charge me during check-out, which I noticed and resolved with the front desk before paying. Several days after I left, they placed an unauthorized charge on my credit card. When I reached out to the hotel, they confirmed that they had over-charged me by over €250 but refused to reimburse me since I don’t have an IBAN, which is not available in the US (where I am from). I suggested many alternative options for them to pay me back and tried to be flexible, but after over 3 weeks of back-and-forth and chasing them down, they told me in no uncertain terms that they will not reimburse me. I am usually not one to write a negative review over a mildly negative experience, but it is absolutely unacceptable for a hotel to repeatedly attempt to steal money from a guest and then refuse to reimburse it after acknowledging their “mistake”. I have nothing to say about the hotel premises because the stress of dealing with their terrible management has overshadowed anything positive about my stay.

We stayed there in February for a week. The hotel is located right on a great and challenging golf course. It's a place you should stay for a golf trip since it's not too close to a bigger town. You are about 50 min to an hour from Aix-en-Provence, Saint-Raphael/Frejus, Toulon and St-Tropez. The staff is very nice and helpful. The rooms are a little bit on the older side but clean and equipped with a mini fridge. Thy are of a good size so you can fit your Golf Trolleys if you want. The down side was the restaurant. The food was very good but the " a la carte" menu is a bit limited for a long stay. If you are there for a couple of days it's excellent but if you plan on spending more time you have to consider eating somewhere else because you will have gone through the menu quite rapidly. But overall a very nice stay.

En route to Florence for a conference, family in tow, we needed to break the journey for the night. The Mercure is located in the grounds of a fine golf course some distance outside Brignoles. The surrounding countryside vibrates with the scents and delights of Provence and I was thrilled to be back in such a magnificent part of the world. The hotel was a more than pleasant surprise. Rooms were located outside the main building in a separate construction with a fine swimming pool. Spa resources also available. The main building contained a most delightful restaurant with very good levels of cooking indeed. Service was professional and welcoming and the general atmosphere was relaxed and very enjoyable. Breakfast was fantastic although it ended abruptly at 10:00. A really fine hotel with excellent facilities and lovely rooms. Fine value for money in a wonderful part of France.

Ou sont les 4 étoiles ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️ ? Un hôtel peut être ancien et avoir du charme, mais surtout être entretenu et PROPRE mais cela a un prix … Quatre étoiles en Provence ça se mérite. Cet établissement est sale et non entretenu. De l’escalier qui monte aux chambres, des peintures des boiseries de la chambre, du balcon, des façades « blanches » plus grises que blanches, des toiles d’araignées qui squattent dans le toit amovible de la terrasse des petits déjeuner, les pieds de table et les rails des portes fenêtres…Les chemins qui mènent aux chambres et mention spéciale au « terrain vague » qui borde la piscine . Le débroussaillage de la forêt à l’intérieur du domaine est-il en règle? Conclusion: Cruelle déception, la seule satisfaction, installez-vous face au golf et prenez votre petit déjeuner… si toutefois on vous trouve une passoire pour la théière…

Un domaine magnifique, de très belles chambres et une terrasse donnant sur les jardins. Un directeur impliqué et professionnel qui fait son possible pour que l’on se sente bien. Et qui fait tout pour régler les petits soucis que l’on peut rencontrer. Le golf n’est pas le plus joli que j’ai vu. Une piscine avec transat et parasols et également une salle de sport et une possibilité d’accéder au Spa. Je n’ai malheureusement pas eu le temps de tester. Le petit déjeuner manque un peu de propositions salées, par contre, je recommande vivement le restaurant. La carte proposée est incroyable.
