Just returned from a one night stay with friends from this b&b no complaints at all lovely host and very accommodating nothing is a problem here and definitely would recommend to many family and friends thanks again see you again soon lovely clean breakfast Very clean rooms

.NOT RECOMMEND.OMG... WHAT A DIRTY HOLE BNB. NO CLEAN SHEETS(HAD BLOOD ON THEM)POO STAINS STILL ROUND RIM OF TOILET, RIPPED WALL PAPER. STAINS AT BED BASE.DIRTY FLOOR NOT BEEN CLEANED. NO KETTLE OR CUP OR TEA OR COFFEE. NOTHING..... PLEASE PEOPLE KEEP CLEAR OF THIS SCRUFFY DIRTY BNB.BY THE WAY TOLD NO BREAKFAST ASWELL.STAYED 10 MINS THEN WAS OUT OF THERE WITH MY FULL REFUND. NEVER EVER GOING THERE AGAIN. DISGUSTING DIRTY HOLE.

Clean, safe, and homely, lovely breakfast, we had cereal, toast, and full English with as much tea or coffee as you wanted. landlady couldn’t do enough, daily house keeping, location is very central for harbour, town, spa and beach. Thank you Derinda

What a phaff! Numerous calls,emails,and messages on fb to try and book this b n b, its like they dont seem to think they are in pandemic and dont want our money! First it was ring bk in dec,then jan,then feb,one min they have a pool which is what attracted us to this place as well as cheap prices,then they dont have a working pool,said allergens catered for they dont and said theyd reduce room rate.then we decided one last chance and rang to try and give card details for reservation they told hubby that they needed get card machine and theyd ring bk,waited hours no call back,i then getting bit impatient by now rang bk to be told ring bk next week! I thought forget it,and weve managed to book somewhere else as didnt want risk getting there n no booking as sound like dont know what doing! Ur loss is ferns farm hotel gain!
