All rooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout the apartment. Amenities include Golf Course - 9 holes with alternative tees for back 9 (18 holes), clubhouse, Pro Shop, Bar, Restaurant & tennis club. The large shared pool & deck area for this cluster is peaceful and quiet and is great for relaxation. You may also see groups of monkeys that frequent the golf course and surrounding areas.
The open plan Living & Dining Room and fully equipped kitchen are there for you to prepare your own meals. The kitchen is equipped with an Electric Grill along with an electric stove top, oven, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer as well as small appliances like kettle, toaster and microwave along with pots, plates, glasses etc It overlooks the beautifully manicured tropical grounds, as well as the sparkling waters of the communal swimming pool and deck furnished with sun loungers and patio and outdoor dining area overlook the second fairway of the golf course.
